It is a cute idea for the car( or anywhere!). The scent I ordered is coconut and it smells good! I am keeping it after the scent disappears. It is a cute picture of my precious yorkie,who died last August.

I will not order from here again! I see all of these positive posts but my experience has been very different! I ordered the end of November to assure I received them by Christmas. I placed an order and an hour later I found out the other family members wanted them. So I hurry and message them to see if I could add more to my order. They told me unfortunately I couldn’t because they were already processing. I had to make another order which meant I had to pay shipping twice! OK I was still fine with that but I did not receive either order. I have emailed them several times and they just keep saying that the post office said they were delivered. I have never seen them. They told me to check neighbors as well. I live out in the country and there are not very many neighbors near me although I did ask each of them upon delivering Christmas gifts. Now I’m just being basically questioned on my integrity saying that I should’ve received them. Instead of holding to their policy of 100% guaranteed. It’s almost the end of January and I’ve still been dealing with them on not receiving my order. They seem very reluctant to either resend my order or even give me a refund! 🤬😡

On 11/24/24 I ordered several air fresheners. After weeks of them telling me there were issues with production and shipping I finally received them on 12/23/24. They were supposed to arrive by 12/16/24. Needless to say my family did not receive their gifts because I was already gone when they arrived. Had I known that this company does not stand behind their shipping times or that they won’t expedite shipping I would never order from them. It’s also very suspicious that you can’t leave them a Google review but looking at their rating with the BBB I can see why. Don’t order from this company when there are others that can deliver in a timely way.

I placed an order for 2 air fresheners on November 28th 2024. They were supposed to be christmas gifts. It is now January 16th and my order STILL has not shipped yet. I emailed customer service and was told my order was ready to ship a week ago but order still says "prepared"

I ordered my grandmother a Christmas gift from this company on December 1st. When I ordered, I was told the latest delivery would be was December 23rd.
I received the order in January of 2025.
When I reached out to the company, they simply said “sorry” and said if I order from them AGAIN I can get 20% off. I responded that this was unacceptable, and I have not heard a response from the since.

I placed my order 11/30 and received an email indicating the item would be shipped by 12/16 and delivered by 12/23 - plenty of time for Christmas. When my order hadn't shipped by 12/20 I emailed the company and asked that they upgrade the shipping to priority so that I could still get the item in time for Christmas. I got a canned "busy holiday season" response. My items arrived the week after Christmas. I opened a dispute with my credit card and the company hasn't responded to that either.

It was a bit of a wait, but be patient and order early for specific occasions, the price was great and the pics of my dogs were perfect, I will definitely order again

Fun gift for friends. Hardest part is picking out the picture & waiting for it to arrive.

Placed an order for 3 Xmas gifts on 11/26/24 and was given ship date of 12/11-13 with delivery date of 12/16-20. Received an email 12/13 that the order was prepared and ready to ship, and I would receive tracking info. Then heard nothing. Reached out to customer service for status on 12/19 and received a response on 12/20 that there was a delay in fulfillment and I would not receive by Xmas, but they’d send tracking info as soon as it shipped. Then again heard nothing. Reached out again 12/31. Received generic email from company on 1/3 saying a bunch of orders were lost, including mine, and I could request replacement or refund. I did not trust this company one bit so requested a refund. But they did not refund me the full amount! They shorted me $0.60. Imagine if they shorted 1 million customers $0.60 each- that would total $600K. Horrible fulfillment, horrible customer service, and steal your money to boot.

I ordered my items on December 2, 2024 and the delivery date was scheduled before Christmas. I just received them today, January 7, 2025. I emailed customer service 3 times and still have received zero response even though it states “please allow 5 business days for a response”. They do not respond! I requested a refund in each of my emails knowing the item would not arrive on time and the person I purchased it for was leaving to go back home. Terrible customer service and order fulfillment. Would never use again.

Never received my air fresheners. When trying to call for explanation there is no contact to call ,so you have to email the complaint which takes forever. Also when I got a response I received the wrong air freshener. Im still waiting for my items that I purchased over a month ago.

I love seeing my dogs when they are not with me. You made it possible for them to be with me when they are not. Smells good too1

If I could give this company a zero star I would. It is a scam. The product never delivered. “Lost in transit” … do not order from them. Even the “solution” to get a replacement or refund doesn’t work. Their positive reviews are fake.

I ordered in November and didn't receive this in time for Christmas. I reached out twice and received no response. Finally received this January 4th. I'm not impressed with the product regardless of their terrible customer service. The quality of the photos was just not good even though I uploaded a very large file.

This company sucks and did not ship my order that I placed in NOVEMBER in time for Christmas and in fact has still not shipped and it is January. Poor communication despite me emailing support and commenting on Facebook. Truly awful service and customer communication. Then they blamed USPS which is like slander.

If I could give negative stars I would! I did my research on this company and thought it was more than a reputable company! I’ve seen many reviews recently with my same experience. Ordered on November 27th, it was supposed to be here before Christmas. USPS status showed it was scanned into the system on December 11th (which the company told me it shipped on time-it did not because the range was to ship from December 11th-13th and I got an email it was shipped on the 17th). Reached out to the company and surprisingly got an email saying that if the status with USPS didn’t change after 5 days then I could reach out for a refund or replacement. Just so you’re aware-you can only get a 50% refund because it’s personalized or a replacement. When I went to do this on the site it said I could only receive a 20% refund or choose a replacement. It’s been weeks now since I have requested a replacement and have had nothing update on their site for my order. I’ve now sent 3 emails with no responses. I have filed a claim with the post office and I’ve reached out to my credit card. This is a horrible company, DO NOT USE!!!!

This company, Dangle It, is an absolute SCAM!! I placed an order on Nov 24 and I still haven’t received it. I have tried to contact them SEVERAL times. I had one initial response about delivery and that was it. I would not recommend ordering from them.
