When you place your lifelong , personal possessions into storage you need to be confident that the storage facility and management are up to the mark. Ian ( Paignton ) gave those re assurances up front outlining the systems and procedures at play to deliver security , robust water proof storage containers with great access ,and peace of mind , all at a very fair price. Have had storage with them for 3 years. Absolutely fantastic service. Ian is the most helpful guy if you ask him for help or advice nothing is to much trouble. I would recommend Paignton dainton. Will miss having a chat and a laugh. But thank you for everything.

We came by Dainton by chance and Caroline certainly got us out of trouble. Dainton gave 50% off for two months and more importantly gave us the space we so desperately needed. Clean surroundings, a handy lift to get up the stairs. Give em a go.

Dainton Storage, Swansea is run and managed by two employees who are both named Chris. Their name is not the only thing they have in common.

I have stored house goods and furniture in a large container over this last year. Routinely, during my visits I have noticed how clean and well run is the Swansea branch of Dainton's.

Over the year I have gradually reduced the volume of storage in my container, such that it made sense to move to a smaller container. As an 82 year old, I have less strength and flexibility than I once had and was insecure about making the move, unsupported. Chris and Chris were extremely helpful in advising the move, and in changing the details from the 'old' to 'new' container and costs etc. But, more importantly for me provided considerable help during the move, by (i) supplying a flatboard and trolley to make the move to the 'new' smaller container significantly easier, also (ii) by supporting the actual transfer of boxes etc. Put simply without their considerable contribution in equipment, and in actual support, I would not have been able to make the move myself.

Over my one year contact to date with Dainton Swansea both Chris's have been extremely welcoming, have always given thoughtful and accurate advice and have provided me with the very strong feeling that they actually care about securing the best conditions for my storage.

Given this, I am pleased to offer my opinion that Dainton as a company, and especially the storage base at Swansea, is seriously advantaged by the presence of both Chris's. As such, I have no insecurity at all in providing my full and absolute support for Dainton Storage in Swansea as a premiere storage facility.

Lee was friendly, professional and very informative. It was a smooth process to hire a unit. I wouldn't hesitate to use Daintons again.

I only used the storage facility for a year but the service was excellent. A pleasure to deal with manager Paul who was always ready to help with any queries.

There was lots of communication and information available which made the process simple and to know all the costs involved I mainly dealt with Ian who was really helpful, cheerful and with a smile to greet me!!! Our storage option was perfect for us which we only needed for a few months and a reasonable price. It was always ready for us to access when we asked (notice is appreciated) and kept dry and safe. Overall a really positive experience in all aspects of the buisness👍
