Chris and Paul are both super helpful and friendly. Ended up with two storage crates this time round and was very easy to set up and access the units as needed. Would recommend to anyone wanting extra storage, and will be back if I need more in the future!

I hired a unit in Newport, Wales for just over 1 year for personal storage and found the company to be very reliable with great customer service at competitive prices. Would highly recommend.

Had a 10x8 unit in Paignton for 3 months after a house move fell through. Ian was always courteous and fun to have a chat with. Unit was accessible at all times.
I shall miss going there just for the banter !
Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dainton.

Andy and his team are very helpful, understanding and in general offer a 1st class service. Fair, inexpensive and friendly. Couldn’t recommend higher tbh!

Lee and Marc have been helpful and understanding at every point during the last 10 months - this is the 3rd time we have used Daintaon's and it is unlikely to be the last!

David in Bridgend has been so helpful from my first enquiry to completing the contract.

The storage container was clean and very accessible.

Ian and his team did everything in their powers to make our time at Dainton fantastic. Moving house and relocating is a stressful time and having to put all your possessions into storage could potentially make even more stressful. Excellent units, Great prices. I hired a half size shipping container. It was very clean. Someone man's the facilities most of the day.
Paul was very helpful in my stay and was very helpful when it was time to go.
I recommend these storage units. I been to a few in the area and this is the best so far ! Thank you 😊

Great experience with Dainton.Used it for our business. Secure, well maintained site. Staff are fantastic. Key fob for access before opening hours and after closing. Toilet facility. Accepted deliveries on our behalf and let us know when they had arrived. Would highly recommend.

I have held storage in different configurations with Daintons Barnstaple for over 5 years and I'd recommend the storage facilities, but most importantly the team of Lee the Manager and his deputy Marc, who are hugely committed to ensuring the customer experience is the best. Lee and Marc always respond promptly and accurately to requests and questions which occasionally arise and ensure every time that they produce a solution if one is needed. They take pride in the facility and constantly maintain and clean the whole areas so that you know your storage is safe, secure and most importantly dry and free from pests which could contaminate your possessions.
I would recommend Daintons every time on that basis.
The only request at a corporate level is that there be access time to inside storage in out of hours as offered by some other providers , but this is a corporate and not local decision !

Friendly and clear communication, good value and very helpful. Storage unit was in good condition. We stored our home contents for a few months while we were between homes and everything was fine. Access was easy and paperwork all went smoothly.

Excellent service. Friendly, helpful and accommodating. Fully explained the process at the start, dealt with any issues very quickly and communication was top notch.
