Buongiorno, ho comprato un mulinello Daiwa legalis 3000 in un negozio ,L'ho portato indietro perché faceva rumore ,ma non vogliono né aggiustarlo né sostituirlo con uno nuovo, inventando delle scuse . Sono molto amareggiato in quanto trovo assurdo che un marchio come Daiwa non mi sostituisca il mulinello difettoso

MULINELLO DAIWA REVROS 6000
Nell' aprile 2022 ho acquistato, presso un vostro rivenditore Parini Pesca - Settimo Milanese Milano (Italy)
un mulinello Daiwa Revros 6000.
Nell'acquisto ho specificato che lo avrei utilizzato per pesca in mare ed ho avuto la garanzia
che il mulinello fosse adatto per l'utilizzo salvo dovuti accorgimenti (e penso che tutti i mulinelli lo siano).
Bene nel mese di Agosto 2022 ho iniziato ad utilizzarlo in barca a giorni alterni, ma verso il 20 di agosto
il mulinello ha cominciato a non funzionare bene per poi qualche giorno dopo bloccarsi definitivamente.
Notare che il mulinello dopo ogni utilizzo è stato regolarmente lavato con acqua dolce
presente sul molo di attracco.
Al mio rientro dalle vacanze nel mese di Ottobre, essendo ancora in garanzia, provvedo a portarlo
al rivenditore il quale prende in carico il reclamo e lo invia al centro assistenza di Milano.
Oggi ricevo la mail (che allego) dove voi comunicate che il reclamo non viene accettato in quanto non è stata
fatta la manutenzione correttamente e il mulinello si è bloccato a causa dell'ossidazione interna da acqua marina.
Ora mi chiedo, premesso quanto scritto sopra non mi è mai successo in 30 anni di pesca al mare di avere
problemi di questo tipo (ho sempre utilizzato Shimano) e solo una volta mi è capitato il problema ma l'azienda,
che ritengo molto seria, mi ha sostituito il mulinello.
Notare che possiedo da 4 anni un Daiwa Gs 9 e che lo tratto allo stesso modo. Forse i materiali sono appropriati.
Quello che mi sorprende è che un mio amico di pesca ha acquistato nello stesso periodo lo stesso mulinello ed ha
avuto la stessa sorte con la stessa risposta di respinto reclamo.
Mi chiedo ma come è possibile che un'azienda come la vostra respinga reclami di questo genere su mulinelli che hanno
avuto una vita di neanche un mese e non può sostituirli ??. Sono sicuro che il materiale utilizzato non è idoneo per la
pesca in mare.
Inoltre voi avete sicuramente una percentuale nel costo del prodotto per difetti qualitativi e di conseguenza non è una grave
perdita per l'azienda.
Sicuramente, ma penso non vi interessi, non acquisterò mai più un mulinello Daiwa .

I have had the same issue as everyone else on here. I have emailed them several times asking what’s happened to my order which was for an outdoor shower. I ordered in December and received notification the item was shipped and received nothing. I haven’t found an email address where I can request a refund but I’ve emailed them in the contact I had and heard nothing. They are scammers and like everyone else I have lost my money. Stay away!

complete scam, ordered a table dec/jan when checking the web page found it was down then dug a bit more to find others with same issue, order number but no tracking number etc. I have contacted the bank re a refund to start an investigation. But now i am seeing people who ordered recently? has another webpage popped up. SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM DO NOT ORDER. same products on real sites.
