I want to warn everyone about Dafni Hair. I bought three of their hair hooks, and they’re not worth the price at all—they’re extremely overpriced for the quality you get.

The product arrived damaged**:
All three were faulty.
The magnets weren’t properly attached where they should be.
Poor materials and construction**:
The plastic/parts were cheap and seem like they were rubbing against the fabric/tape.
The ribbons/fasteners look flimsy and poorly made.
Terrible customer service**:
I sent around 12 emails.
They kept telling me they would send a return address.
In the end, they never provided the return information, and they didn’t send anything back.
Most importantly, they never refunded my money.

Overall, this is a complete scam. Don’t buy from Dafni Hair. The product is terrible, and the customer service makes everything worse.

Very disappointing experience. The goods were poor quality and arrived damaged. I raised the issue and expected this to be resolved with a refund, but no refund has been provided.

The quality of the items was well below what I expected, and the customer service afterwards has been equally disappointing. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

Purchased from the UK site after seeing a hair influencer use them. I saw the trust pilot reviews here and was cautious and almost didn't buy, but I'm glad I did.

The entire gimmick of the bows is that the magnet is in the middle. It is part of the bow, it is visible, but it looks like it is part of the bow so no one can really tell it's a magnet. That is the point of the product.

The bows are really cute when on, I have the rose gold and black bows. It takes a lot of trial and error to actually understand how to put them on, but I personally do it in reverse (hover the bow at the back, disconnect magnets, flip them, then bring them around the hair so I know what angle to put them in at!)

The claw clips are really easy to use, so someone with a weak grip can easily use them. They style the hair cutely and have stayed in despite a full day at work. Even passed a jump test and don't pull on the hair so are comfortable to wear. They have, however, straightened the curls where I put the clips in but that's probably due to the claw grip style. I also don't think they'll work on super fine hair.

BEWARE : Purchased a set of 3 mini KLIK, Order placed on June 20, 2026. Product is defective and DAFNI knows it is, but continues to swindle customers. Specifically, the strength of the attraction of the strong Neodymium magnets is greater than the strength of whatever has been used holding the magnet to the plastic clip. As I removed one of the three small clips from the packaging, one magnet became unseated from its half clip, and attached itself onto the magnet of the opposing half clip. The KLIK hair clip concept sounds great, but the product needs work, especially at the present price point. On July 05, I emailed a request of a prepaid mailing label so that I can return the defective product for a full refund. “Ella”with customer service is shamefully running the clock down in order to deny a refund by “playing dumb,” stalling, delaying, and giving me the run around. These clips never touched my hair…. And anyway, even if they had, they are defective. Regret I didn’t investigate this company in advance of making a purchase. - July 17, 2026

I purchased the KLIX magnetic hairclips. When they arrived, I discovered how small they actually are and that they do not hold my hair because of that. I purchased 2 packs and only opened one. I requested a return and was told "For certain items such as hair accessories, we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds due to hygiene and health and safety considerations. Since these items come into direct contact with hair and scalp, once they have been opened, handled, or tried on, we’re unable to accept them back.

Please note that returns due to a change of mind are also not covered under our return policy for these items. Even if the item appears unused or unopened, we are unable to verify its condition after it has left our facility. Additionally, return shipping can sometimes result in damage, which is another reason these items are not covered under our return policy. "
What a lame excuse!!! Stay far away from this company

I ordered multiple sets of clips in more than one design. Both product lines had issues with the magnets staying inside the product rendering it useless. Feels like it would make more sense to use strong enough magnets that they could be enclosed in the product instead of just glued on the outside being exposed to elements and risk them falling out. I contacted support and they sent replacement clips, but the problem continued. I would not buy these again. It’s a great idea poorly executed. The clips are tiny and don’t hold much hair either, so all around just disappointing.

Magnets fell out the moment i opened the package. They usually reply very quickly if you ask about other things. But they would take forever to reply if it’s about a defective item

Bought the magnetic clips. I really like them. But after 2 wears, the magnets fell out and DAFNI refused to stand by their product after the 30 day return window, I will never buy from them again. Buyer beware.

Ordered the clips for me and my sister. Didn't get to use them because I was in the middle of a big military move, and by the time I used them we both noticed the magnets fell out of their sockets. Unfortunately it was past the 30 days they can help us replace it/fix it. Won't buy again waste of money!

Terrible clips and just as bad customer service. If you want your hair to look like a hot mess, go ahead and buy these. They seem great in theory, but they're awful. Oh, and you can't return them! The site says 30 days, but that only applies to the hot tools?! Then when you contact customer service you'll wait over a week (I waited 9 days) to even get a response, and then when I did, it wasn't even from a real person. Worse company to come around in a long time!

Terrible customer service
I had a mistake in my address. I corrected it multiple times through email. Never received the product. Customer service was terrible. Don’t do business with this company.

I decided to buy their clips as an impulse buy. I immediately regretted it because I didn’t do any research. I anticipated having to fight the charge because I figured it might be from a Chinese company. I was relieved when I got the shipment sent email the next day. I got the clips just a few days after that. (I’m in the US) And the clips were actually cute!
