Great Products at a great price.
I bought an intake manifold for my Audi and the part was delivered. and very fast delivery.
Part Fitted to my car and working fine.
Customer service spotted.

Had a problem due to courier leaving the part on my doorstep and it going missing ,they sent me a replacement part at no cost to myself it took a week to sort and I was at first thinking they were not going to help but can't thank them enough for the help I received, thank you d2p

Yet again I give this company a
chance and they get it wrong, item bought not fit for use, wrong size costing me time and monies...

Have to say would avoid as their more interested in profit than getting things right.....

D2p have yet again cost me time and monies...

Terrible service, that's the
only consistent element to this company...

Update, just got robbed by this company giving me back half of what was due, TERRIBLE COMPANY, DO NOT USE, STEER CLEAR AS THEIR PRODUCT IS BEYOND UNDER STANDARD AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICES APPALLING...

Save your money and buy genuine parts.
Bought a new 'high quality' egr valve for my Audi A4.
Part was £47... Way cheaper than Audi.
Worked great for nearly 3 months than had issues.
Replaced under warranty no problem with that at all.
Just over 7 weeks later i have severe issues again.
2 x car recovered and fixed at garage and genuine EGR valve fitted.
Got my Refund of £47 back, but i was left with £585.86 garage bills and about £6 postage back.
Both garages stated that they do not fit aftermarket ecu controlled parts due to many issues within a few months and if they do there is no warranty.
Expensive lesson learned.
On a positive note, ultra fast delivery both times, answered a lot of messages sent and returned my money for the valve.
Annoyingly, you get 'dear customer' on all messages even after complaining about it and no names are given just D2P Autoparts.

Wouldn't cover the warranty saying they couldn't find the invoice even though I sent them a screenshot with all the details, this company is a joke. DO NOT USE.

Ordered an item that was marked delivered, but item was no where to be seen. Asked company to contact courier for images and information, didn't hear back from anyone. Currently out of pocket and without the item due to no communication with the seller.

Part is faulty after couple of day, (automatic gearbox oil sump) car is not drivable now, need to hire car ,going to buy parts to fix car from another supplier. Extra cost for part, labour ,oil wasted, hire car .
After chat with them answer is ''I am sorry to tell you that we are not responsible for the labour cost''
Even not send to return label!!!
They don't give a sh.t of customers problems!

Ordered a CCV kit for my BMW Z4 from D2P.

Unfortunately one of the hoses in the kit was incorrect and did not fit.

I had to fit the kit minus the incorrect CCV to intake manifold hose as the other hoses break when you take them off, I also needed the car plus didn't want to leave it stripped down anyway.

Told customer services this, tried to ask for the correct hose.
They didn't seem to understand what I was saying, wanted to send me the same incorrect hose.
Eventually they said they can't supply the correct one.

I asked for a partial refund due to using the rest of the kit minus the hose in question. Not possible apparently.

The quality of the correct parts seems pretty good but I'm sure the cheaper parts I saw from other suppliers (with the correct hose) would be just as good.

Customer services are absolutely dire, addressed me as "Dear Customer" and felt like they were on a script (email). I would not use D2P again due to this, they just didn't seem to have any understanding of what the issue was and didn't seem to care, very frustrating with the amount of work it takes to replace the parts in question.
