Bought the stealth 1000
Bought the stealth 1000 delivered in 7 days but the lcd screen was missing, a quick call to Elaine and she sorted it out for me . The screen arrived 5 days later ,now a happy biker.
Customer Service very good
I ordered a battery charger (PSU) as part of the pack, not realising that if you ordered a battery it came with a PSU anyway (it's not mentioned anywhere on the website). So I contacted Cyclotricity who were very helpful from start to finish, helping me send back the spare PSU and obtain a refund - thanks especially to Elaine from their support team, who handled the refund from start to finish

Absolutely no help at all. Problem with my bike and you cannot even speak to anyone. They are not interested once you have purchased a bike. Disgusting "service". Don't go near this company, buy something local. I am disgusted with them

rear wheel drive kit…
I ordered a rear wheel drive kit to convert my mountain bike. The kit was delayed in being delivered, so I was given a free upgrade. I had a little trouble at first, but eventually got the kit working with help from Yousif and Mark at electric bike conversions, and Elaine from Cyclotricity. I found the after sales support to be excellent, and would recommend this kit to other prospective purchasers.

Very lovely and polite people, they’ve been nothing but great with dealing with my order and are very quick with dealing with my order. Couldn’t recommend them enough.
Will not honour guarantee
Be careful buying from this company. They refuse to replace anything under guarantee. Have a bike that's 8 months old, after sending photos of broken parts. They just refuse any service.
In the end just bought the parts online.
Cost under £10.. so thats how little their customer service is valued

Great experience on my EBike upgrade kit.
The great price point and superb customer service (Elaine) coupled with the great product helped me to give these guys 5 stars. There was a little hiccup at the beginning with the courier but it was sorted out very well. Would certainly recommend. Thanks guys.
Good Customer Service
I ordered an e-bike kit on 21 July 2024, but waited for several weeks for the complete kit to arrive, owing to delays by DHL. I received the battery first but there was no charger with it, so I contacted Elaine. I eventually received the charger a few weeks later. Unfortunately I was unable initially to use the kit because the freewheel was jammed on the axle, so I took the wheel to a local bike shop and had the freewheel replaced. The motor extension cable had a dodgy connection, so I had to omit using it. So far the kit is working OK. The problems with the wheel and motor cable are not the fault of the company, but of the manufacturer. Elaine has been very helpful and supportive with all the issues I have encountered so far.

Defective electric bike battery
I purchased an ebike battery in the middle of may by June it was not charging properly I know this is not because of my charger as I have a spare that charges perfectly I have phoned and was told by an Elaine Macanas to open the battery and check the input which I did not do as this would be tampering with something that is still under warranty I have been sending messages via their website and hearing nothing back until this morning but this is because I left a voicemail stating how angry I was about their after sales service I have also sent a video that was requested today I am waiting for Elaine to get back to me about the situation as it has been forwarded to her manager she said I could post it but at my own expense I will not be dealing with this company again in the future I will let readers know the outcome later Still no phone call
New e-bike kit
The kit arrived in a timely manner, however, there was damage caused to a wheel in transit.
I contacted customer services and the collection of the damaged wheel was quickly arranged.
A replacement wheel was sent a few days later.

I have two stealth bikes
I have two stealth bikes, both perform well and good value but built to a price. Had minor niggles which I sorted of which a couple were my cause. Recent communication has been good once I understood where to make contact as general enquiries to info. email went unanswered. my first stealth 500w bike has 5k miles and used for gravel ride tours which gives my a 5 hour assist the new 1000w gives 2/3 hours tour on minimum assist and a lot less when assist is upped but great fun with the extra power.

To start off i want to say how good the actual quality of the kit is it holds up so well and the parts used are high quality but i want to put more light on the support team whos response time is great they are so helpful these people are great for in particular Rami and elaine both amazing people and really suggest you buy with cyclotricity

I forgot to Order the PAS when…
I forgot to Order the PAS when purchasing the electric bike conversion kit. I emailed and they responded promptly. The PAS was much more expensive to buy separately rather than as part of the kit. Elaine from customer services was excellent and managed to sell me the item at the same price as if I bought it as part of the kit.

Customer Service is Lacking
Sad to be writing this review - I would avoid due to the terrible follow up on the “warranty”. I was super excited to get my bike that I ordered in August 2023. When I received my bike it looked great. First time I rode my bike the chain fell off. I contacted Cyclotricity and after a bit of back and forth they offered to pay £65 towards a service. I don’t manage to get it serviced but put the bike away until about a month ago.
Rode my bike about 4 times since June then the motor/battery/sensor played up. Also had issues with the derailer and chain. Finally found a shop to service the bike so contacted Cyclotricity went back and forth as bike was still under “warranty”. Sent a video emailed back and forth for about 3 weeks. Finally spoke with Conner and he advised they would send a new sensor for the bike. Advised it would be sent overnight last week. Nothing received. Followed up
With customer service. No answer. Texted Conner - no response. They also didn’t honor the original offer of £65 for a service. I have only used the bike maybe 6-8 times so it should work - but they are not backing their product.
Just so disappointing as I really wanted to give them a chance. I have no idea why you promise something then not follow through. I would not use them again - I would use a local shop. I am off to get the bike fixed tomorrow. 😡
