So disappointed
So disappointed. I contacted them through kleinanzeigen.de, where they had nice bike frameset listed. We exchanged about 5 emails. I asked if we can work out some additional discount for the frameset I really wanted and proposed a price. They declined, which is OK, but just a couple of days later they lowered the price on their add (even lower than my offer).
They didn't bother to ask me if I wanted the frameset so I contacted them. Listing was still on and I really wanted this frameset. Now with this new price I actually could afford it. (Listing is still on while I type).
They of course replied they've sold the frameset to someone else despite days of our communication and my genuine interest.
They don't care... Nothing new in the cycling industry today. Hopefully you don't have to communicate with Frank. Pretty cold and almost rude person. Although I don't think you can avoid him since he might be running the business...
