I would give it no stars if I could
I would give it no stars if I could. As soon as I listed my bike got about a dozen automated like responses which I thought were legitimate responses, however they all turned out to be robots or some people in India looking to scam. The whole time (the ad is still up), I would randomly get these stupid fake responses repeating everything that was on the listing. Don't bother. I tried to get my money back from their customer service, but it's nonrefundable. They would not or could not explain to me what they are doing to stop fraudulent responses and scammers. Again, don't bother with this website.
As soon as I get the texts from numbers all over the US asking me questions about everything that I listed in the listing, I stop responding & delete the message & block the number for my own security purposes. I told you guys this when I spoke to you regarding all the fraudulent responses. All you said was you're doing everything you can to stop it, that the subscription is nonrefundable. Total BS.
After responding to every single question about my listing via text with someone who I thought was interested, this is the last response I received & I saved it because it actually made me laugh:
"Please, sir, it is of utmost importance that I conduct this transaction perfectly since I am an engineer away on a ship and have no access to email or phone. I am purchasing this for my son who will be the primary user thusly. I will need the bank number ((account) to properly deposit the funding source. Please forward deposit location information appropriate for success on your earliest convenience"

So as this result, I have to have strict guidelines. Can not delete a message. I want to be able to block and or delete in the message box.

Was the worst experience, and consider this to be a scam. Not one legitimate call, all scammers!!!! Beware your info is out there, and no protection. This should be illegal!!!! Do not give fill out any info apps that these scammers want as your bikes record of wrecks...ha what wrecks??? Shame on you cycle trader....hoping one day that you get what you are giving us! Scam!

Email communication System not working
The email system isn't operational. I used the Cycle Trader mail system to contact the seller, but it took 7 days for me to receive a message stating that my message had been sent. At first, I thought the seller wasn't responding, but after seeing the message, I waited 2 minutes for a response, which the seller acknowledged. However, since I had already purchased the bike, this add is pointless for me. I believe your email system isn't functioning properly. Regards,
