Wow, What amazing Staff, Callum and his collogue help with small fixes on my 2 children's bikes, I know the the standard thing but this was too much for me, they were so helpful and knowledgeable and very happy, made the process seamless and ended up with 2 summer ready bikes and 2 very happy kids, 100% recommend. They are a asset to the cycle king team.

Went to the store two days in a row, first to collect an order and during this visited asked about a product. Purchased the product online the following day after checking a measurement at home and was ready to collect straight away. Great service for online purchase and excellent customer service in store (Wickford)

I was contacted by the bike shop at Wickford literally ten minutes after I placed an order online with cycle king. They confirmed my order and said the bike would be ready the next day for collection!
When I went to collect the bike I arrived unexpectedly early and was impressed at how diligent they were in not releasing the bike until all checks had been carried out. I just went for a wander and they called me after about twenty minutes to say it was ready.

I Paid for a MTB Helmet From my Local Cycle kings In Wickford but After Riding Half a Mile down The Road My Head started to get Blisters as i Have My Head shaved and had marks on my Head what was the helmets Rivets making my Head Sore the Stores Guys are very helpful and had to phone there ceo for a Refund what they gave me after contacting her. i was told that i am now banned from the store over this. the owners Are Nasty & i will never buy from them Again as they are over priced and you can get stuff a lot cheaper online. but its very Annoying to think they ban people for asking for a refund over Faulty Goods No Wonder the Shop is Always Empty & Will Shut down soon when they keep banning there customers For No Good Reason Foe Asking For a Refund.
