The on-line service is excellent. My only complaint is the the delivery did not arrive on the agreed date and I was not contacted.
However, the rearranged delivery arrived on the agreed date and at the agreed time, so all round a very good service and I will certainly use them again!

Over and above really...
The product was due for delivery today (Tuesday), I received a phone call early afternoon explaining that the product had not yet been delivered to store so would it be possible to deliver Thursday. I explained that I had relied upon this delivery date to print some important documents. Very understanding and the product was delivered by 5:00 pm today. Excellent.
