The service provided by your company is excellent. However that provided by the courier which you use beggars believe. First attempt sent to wrong village. Second attempt driver stated that he did not know where my village is. In spite of claiming to have a GPS on his vehicle.

Staf is knowledgeable and goes the extra mile to help and provide a full answer, like when I bought the laptop they did explain why would not be a good idea to clone the old one(blue screen) even that they could have just said yes and do it, take the money.... They have really excellent service and know their business very well. They have a rich choice of cartridges for various models. I purchased the wrong set of cartridges and that was my mistake. They replaced them with another set free of charge even though I have already opened one cartridge from the initial set. All orders were fulfilled on time without any problems.
