I strongly advise everyone to avoid this company (operating under CV Masters, CV Writings, and Publication Consultancy). I paid them $600 back in May 2025 to handle a research paper publication. It has been nearly a year, and they have delivered NOTHING.
​They are extremely unprofessional. Once they took the money, they started making excuses, and now they are completely ignoring my messages and emails. This is a fraudulent service that takes advantage of researchers.
​I have all the payment receipts (paid to Brilliant Minds Consultancy / CVWRITINGSERVICE.UK) and chat records to prove this. Save your money and your time—do not trust them! I am currently filing a formal fraud report with Stripe and my bank to recover my funds.

I ordered a CV on Friday to be made in 4 days, Friday after I made a payment, no payment confirmation, no confirmation of the services I ordered, nothing was received, just a message on my WhatsApp, I had to send them the screenshot from my bank to confirm that it's paid as they could not see payment on their system. Upon ordering on Friday, I said I would like to speak to the person who would do my CV as a professional recruiter with over 10 years of recruiting experience I believe I believe that for every CV you need to have that personal touch and discuss customers wishes, skills and experience and the way you want to get it done.
instead of receiving a call from a lady that supposed to do my CV I received a call on Monday from a lady with a very strong non-British accent the way she was wording it could not understand what she meant by saying some of the things, I asked the persons name who will be doing my CV she said she could not disclose that due data protection and that they are too busy to call every person to whom they making CV for and asked to fill a template with the form if I had time to that I would not ordered the service looks like another company which does the CV from the templates by people who are not based in the UK when asked for refund she was very rude and hung up the phone and now no one will talk to me.

Please, do not use their service!!!
My experience with them was awful. They took two weeks and a half to deliver my CV , without notice and, when the website says 7 days. Moreover, when I contacted them to ask about the status of my order I received a blunt email. Above all, they sent me a copy/ paste CV from my original CV with only two work experience, and when I asked them to add a couple experiences more because I considered relevant they tried to charge me more.
In the end, I had to complete my own CV since what they sent me is rubbish. A waste of money!!!
