still awaiting electrical certificate after several months to get signed off by the building inspector , and the decking we had them install and paid thousands is now cracking. sent emails but being ignored. trading standards is being contacted and solicitors will be contacted.

Great quality. From what was a complete dead space and dumping ground for logs and old building supplies, custom garden rooms has fully utilised every inch. Finished the front in larch wood adding yet another dimension, the finish is excellent. Great group of lads and would highly recommend.

From design through to final build the whole experience and team have been fantastic, accommodating the changes we have made and working in some cold and miserable weather. The garden room looks great and really complements the garden. We're looking forward to good use out of the new found space, thanks again!

Loving my gardenroom and veranda for my hot tub. Build was done within the given timescales and the finish is superb. I absolutely love it and have used it all over the winter so can't wait for the warmer weather. Would highly recommended this company if you are considering a build. You won't regret it x

Garden room & hot tub area installed over a year ago and it was one of the best things we’ve ever did. It’s been well used by all the family.
We’ve never had any issues from start to finish of project, and any worries or concerns were always dealt with instances by the team. The build team were friendly and professional. Would recommend.

We would recommend Custom Garden Rooms North East without hesitation and have recommended them to a number of our family / friends. From Phil's first site visit to visiting their show area to see examples of what we could do, to then coming up with the bespoke idea of what we would build, the advice and expertise of the company was evident.

The work started when they said it would and the team that build our garden room were hard at work by 8am and worked on till late to get the job done. The emphasis was always on getting the job done in the right way and the craftsmanship is first class.

Our garden room has been in place for over 6 months now and has been a fantastic addition. We have had a minor issue with our doors and whilst this was not a fault of Custom Garden Rooms North East, they have been fantastic when coming to fix the issue and ensure it doesnt happen again. Nothing is a problem and the standard of work from the installation team really is excellent.

We love our garden room and would encourage any one looking to have one built, to use Phil and his team. First class job and I would expect it will last many years.
