Excellent customer Support and great flexibility with my order - thanks a million!

Bought a present for my dad for christmas and when it came it was nothing like the photos advertised, paid extra for 5 accessories and only got 2 accessories put on it , would never buy from them again, need to put more actual photos of what the product looks like cause definitely getting misrepresented of what the product looks like picture on their website is definitely nothing what gets posted out to you , wouldnt encourage people to buy from them

I am so happy with the custom bobble head, it is incredibly well done and hilarious. The customer service was also phenomenal, the artist gave me a chance to make any changes during the process. Would definitely purchase from them again!

This is a scam! Over $50 for a piece of acrylic, with poor artwork. Please read the reviews for this company and don't waste your money.

The experience was great and I'm very satisfied with the product and the customer service, which was responsive, fast and efficient.

Its not even 1 percent similar to the photo.I feel like I have wasted my 200$ and my teams faith in me as It was a farewell gift from all of us to my boss .I can' t even give it to him like this .

Terrible experience. Told them over and over and over what they had wrong and what was their response ..... to say they would fix it and instead send the same proofs back to me with no amendments. In the end I caved and accepted their product and sure enough it was a massive disappointment.

Custom Bobble heads went to great lengths to ensure I was happy with my product purchase. Everything from the exceptional craftsmanship, fantastic communication and ordering process was brilliant. Vicky in particular was extremely helpful and a pleasure to deal with. I would definitely use them again. Highly recommend.

Shocking they have such a high rating on TRUST PILOT. They have a great idea, a great artist, but form the artist to the final product, the process just goes downhill and the final outcome is just disaster. Don't waste your money.

The customer service is exceptional. I even had a concern with the location of my package and they sent photo proof to let me know it was happily on its way to me! They were happy with the adjustment I wanted in the figurine and adjusted them accordingly. I’m super excited to received the product!

SCAM ALERT!!!! Never received my order. All I get are fake emails asking for the same info and telling me my delivery failed. I’ll be taking this up with consumer affairs.

Bought this Bobble figure for my sisters 60th Birthday and she loved it and loved showing it off to everyone !
We had a bit of back and forth communication as the first draft wasn’t quite right likeness but no drama - redone and new draft sent by email to approve . The packaging was amazing and so lovely - comes in a classy padded Box with stand and accessories which I didn’t know if ordered . Such a good gift and delivery .

Ordered on December 4th. Paid express delivery. These guys use Needletail Logistics for their delivery. The courier company send you multiple emails saying that the address is wrong or that they attempted delivery. A quick google search will reveal all you need to know about the scam courier company. Contacted bobbleheads who said they will send the package directly 'when it has been returned'. That could be months from now. Ordered this product over a month ago and still no end in site. DO NOT USE custombobbleheads.com.au
