Fantastic customer service and very accommodating! I ordered one of their vinyls (Jake Chudnow x Vsauce Lost Tracks) and was shipped a replacement due to the inaccurate color I received.

I’ve had to cancel bc I just can’t afford it anymore. But I would highly recommend Curiosity box to kids or anyone with an enquiring (dare I say…CURIOUS?) mind. You won’t regret it and, my financial circumstances aside, you get a whole lot for your money

The items were all very interesting and thought provoking. Although expensive I feel the box price is justified with what comes in it. The shirts always grab people’s attention when I’m out, so that’s nice. Overall highly recommend.

The boxes have really increased in quality over the years, as the team listens to feedback and expands the offerings. Any time I’ve had to contact the customer care team, they’ve been helpful and prompt in fixing small issues. Combined with the contributions to Alzheimer's research, it’s a great project, with thoughtful and unique items, for a great reason.

Love this box. I had it for multiple cycles. I recently hit some financial issues and could not afford this box. Much like a lot of others, I did not think about canceling it. Woke up to a negative balance and panicked. I emailed support and same day, on a Sunday, they canceled my payment and began the refund process. Amazing product, amazing team. This company is more than just an influencer's brand and face, it is his respect for his fans. If finances allow, I will be renewing my subscription.

Ordered for my son summer of 2025, didn't apply for a subscription, only one order, but 6 moths later they charged me 375 usd more for nothing! Cancellation is requested but they do no refund..

If you are a science nerd or a Vsauce fan, this is what you NEED to have! There is so much thought that's put into the boxes and you'll have such good conversation starters at your home with each box.

My son who is 10 loves the boxes! He loves tinkering and putting the items together. He always looks forward to the next delivery.

To start, these boxes are worth it, IF you like to think. The title of the service seems obvious, but that really is the point. Each box I've received has caused me to do more research on the subject matter of the box itself. Each theme leading to something new I can learn. I can't think of a geeky/nerdy mail order box of curated items that would be more interesting to receive. Customer service is fantastic. One month, I did have one of the more delicate items come in damaged. After reaching out to support, they offered me a refund for the damaged item, but I requested if they were able to find any others that were not damaged, for a replacement instead. At a later time, they were able to ship a replacement item, and that still sits on my desk. If you have thought about this service enough to come looking for reviews, please allow this to be a message to you. The Curiosity Box is fun, interesting, and worth it.

The boxes are terrific! Thought-provoking, fun, high quality items. Many of the stuff you'll come back to over and over again. I found myself getting curious over things I never even thought about before. Definitely worth the money!
