Couldn’t upload photos onto website. Received message via WhatsApp and was able to upload photos and video. Approval done the same day. Great service.

Although in the end I received my order, the process you have to go through is quite intense.communication between us was not the best and as I work a shift pattern this caused a few issues.

They are scammers. They took payment and didn’t send my medication. I’ve been emailing and calling for two months with no response. I looked up the owner Tarun Kumar and he’s a con artist. They’re not selling T-shirts, it’s medication and they should respond, imagine if someone has a medical reaction and dies in their hands. Do yourself a favour and go with a reputable and real pharmaceutical company. Avoid these scammers.

Sent me the incorrect medication and have not responded to my email to get the issue resolved.

I didn’t want to even give one star. Avoid this shop at all cost. Currently trying too get a refund no one Answers the phone or reply’s to emails. This shop has made me so stressed out please avoid as the stress is just not worth it save your money.

Very slow delivery
I ordered my usual migraine tablets, I have not used Cured before and will not be again. Took almost 2 weeks for the items to arrive, will be sticking with other online pharmacies in the future that deliver much quicker. No problems with the actual item.

I can’t actually give them a zero! Awful company. Made an order online and was allowed to authorise payment and had my order confirmed. I paid through PayPal on 23.1.26 I was then told I needed a consultation over WhatsApp. At this point the money has not been taken out of my account. During the WhatsApp chat they told me they couldn’t sell me the item that I’d ordered so I asked to cancel the order as they couldn’t fulfill it. They told me that there would be a £20 admin fee for cancelling????? I queried it with them as they hadn’t taken any money as yet so what was the admin fee for. I didn’t get an answer but they said they would request the cancellation. They then took the money out of my account! I rang them a few days later to see what was happening.. their phone was never answered and no voice mail facility. I messaged them again several times on WhatsApp and they haven’t even opened the messages. I then emailed them and to this date haven’t even had an acknowledgment to my email. I then contacted them through PayPal to ask what happening… again no reply. So I escalated things to a claim through PayPal. PayPal replied saying they would give them until 13.2.26 to acknowledge my claim otherwise PayPal would refund me. So on the morning of 13.2.26 (the final day for them to reply to me through PayPal!) they finally acknowledged my cancellation! But reduced the offer of refund by £20 to cover the cancellation fee!! I understand if I’d changed my mind that I might be charged a cancellation fee but they were refusing to sell me the item I ordered!! And only then took the payment after I said I would have to cancel the order when they wouldn’t fulfil it. So I immediately went back to PayPal and declined their reduced offer. Today I had notification that I would be getting a full refund. Thank you PayPal. So please be aware of how this terrible company do business. It’s interesting too that they say they have only published 90% of their reviews on their website!! Does the 10% they haven’t published bring there rating down?
