I just want to give KUDDOS Cultiver Customer Service. I have had to reach out to them for two separate issue, and both time the issue were handle timely and professionally and I was completely satisfied with the outcome. I have order with them 3 times (sheets, bag & table cloth) and there product are amazing. If you want to deal with a company that cares about there customer and stand by there product this company is for you.

I’ve ordered several sets of sheets and duvet covers from Cultiver. Not only is the quality of the sheets 10/10, they also have the most amazing customer service. The linen is so soft and luxurious and I am a customer for life.

Cultiver is an AMAZING company. I've never used linen bedding before so after doing lots of research, I landed on Cultiver. About 18 months in, I noticed a rip in our white king size linen sheet. I reached out to Cultiver and they graciously worked with me and sent me a replacement sheet free of charge. They have been nothing but excellent to work with! I cannot even describe how much my husband and I love our bedding. Every night we get in bed we talk about how great this bedding is. Thank you, Cultiver, for everything you do!

Absolutely love the silk and linen pillowcase combo. I love the feel of skin but not a fan of how it looks on the bed. These pillowcase combine the best of both worlds I couldn't be happy. Not to mention the surprise bonus of a zip - I under estimated how good this feature is until I started using them! Will definitely look to purchase in other shades.

Cultivar. It’s linen on one side and silk on the other. The blush color is beautiful and it looks so good on my bed. But most important is that it’s incredibly soft and comfortable and I sleep so well on it! Will definitely be purchasing more and other cultivar items!

Perfect soft breathable sheets in beautiful colors. Getting better with each wash. Also have a robe and a dress I equally adore. The only issue I have is that I can’t stop myself from buying more.

Love my new sheets! Soft out of the box but also feels a lot sturdier than my Parachute Linen sheets.

My linen sheets didn’t arrive when expected - due to an error on my part (like I mistyped my address)! Cultivar’s exceptional customer service was so understanding and crucially helpful in sending out a new set ASAP. Now that I have been using the sheets, I couldn’t be more pleased with the quality, softness, craftspersonship and generous sizing. I will be ordering more! The only downside is that I don’t want to get out of bed.

My most recent visit to the Cultiver Flagship Store in Mosman NSW was in fact to return an item, in particular a quality issue.
Despite this visit not being a sale as such but rather a return, I was regarded with the same high level of customer service as always, kind,friendly, courteous, engaged and respectful.
It is always such a pleasure to visit this beautiful store with such wonderful staff.

It’s such a luxury to sleep in Cultiver bed linen, with such exquisite colours, and the soft high quality fabric. I have used many pure linen bedding brands currently on the market, and Cultiver far surpasses them - the colour doesn’t fade and the sheets last longer.

I gave myself a post covid gift during the last sale - a full bedding set in mustard and a handful of denim towels. I could not be happier. Thank you Cultiver!

Sheets are not what I thought they would be, they are not as soft and comfortable as I expected for the cost. I paid half as much for store bought sheets that are more comfortable; they were recommended by a friend that said after a few washings they would be more comfortable.

Had an opportunity to purchase from the Archive selection and am so impressed with the quality of the linen, I regret not buying more! Beautiful rich colour and lovely against the skin. Do yourself a favour...

I ordered a beautiful quilted bedcover in Cypress. Sadly it was way too big for my bed and I had to return it. I have received a credit and the whole experience was handled exceptionally well. Sort of my fault as I didn’t check the sizing. My only suggestion would be to have a smaller size for Queen size and lower beds as this touched the ground.
