Second time purchasing from your company and am really delighted with my padded trousers. Only criticism I have is that returns for exchanges aren’t free - it is always hard to know sizing from different companies and appreciate being able to order a couple of sizes and return the one that doesn’t fit.

The pants are super warm and high quality. The gloves are quality, warm. The customer service is top notch and they do work to help you out…

Took me a long time to actually order a pair of the boot zip trousers and when I finally made up my mind my size out of stock. Trousers arrived today well worth the wait. Perfect fit strong zips onlegs& pockets really warm. Can't wait to hack out in them x brilliant product x

After a great start when I ordered trousers which are fantastically warm and dry for a day of gardening in the cold, I ordered coat, gloves and socks, which failed to be delivered. Once I got in touch and was told they were lost in transit a replacement order was dispatched....then the original order was delivered of which I returned totally recommend never been so warm 8hrs out in wet and cold .

Products are absolutely fantastic but delivery from China was a nightmare. If I’d known how long it would take I probably would not have ordered. I had to email 3 times for updates. Still v glad I have nice warm waterproof clothes to wear on dog walks in the cold and windy dakes

I bought a pair of trousers that ended up not fitting well. So I followed the returns process to the letter, but one week later had received no confirmation of the return nor any updates on an exchange. I reached out using the help email address and got a reply saying I would be contacted in 72 hours. But, this did not happen. I then turned to the chat bot, providing my name, the order number, my email, and mobile number. 24 hours later, still nothing. Dreadful customer service. I just want them to provide an exchange!

Update: There was a prompt reply from Cuddlr, see below, but the webpage is simply their info page on returns, which I already knew about. I used the chat bot yet again, asking for help, and once again supplying contact info. More than a day later, there has been nothing from Cuddlr so no, I am still waiting to get the trousers exchanged. This has been about two weeks of me chasing.

These trousers are a bit of a game changer for my open water swimming! I thought I was well equipped over many years of this activity but the recent relentless rainy weather was putting me off cycling to my favourite swimming spot. Not anymore! I put my new Cuddlr trousers to the test last week on a wet day and arrived dry and cosy and of course stayed that way post swim and all the way home. The perfect combo in one trouser!

Fantastic trousers. I am disabled and use a mobility scooter which has been so difficult in the cold wet weather. With these trousers I am warm and dry no matter what the weather my legs stay warm and dry which really reduces my pain and discomfort. Highly recommend these trousers. I debated getting them for a while but am so glad I did as it’s made such a difference

Great company to deal with bought to bigger size so sent them back replaced with requested sizes no issues whatsoever just make sure you follow return instructions.
Bought fleeced trousers weatherproof fabric very well made lovely thick fleece. Very happy

I am part of a group of open water swimmers, year round in skins. Warming afterwards is critical so when I saw these I thought I would try them.
They are AMAZING! So good, in fact that I bought the whole group a pair for Christmas! They are fast becoming a part of the open water scene uniform alongside dry robes. I am also an open water lifeguard and am considering another pair for my emergency kit pack to help any swimmers in trouble. Thank you Cuddler

I am delighted with the fast service I received - I bought a special offer bundle & got 2 pairs of fleece lined waterproof trousers & was given a free pair of lovely thermal socks in their sale & have never had such warm legs & living on a farm in the bitter cold & wet of an Scottish winter this is hugely appreciated. I have suggested to my friends to buy a pair. They are beautifully made & robust. I bought one pair with cuffed ankles for farm work & one pair with straight leg boot cut for horse riding. I am very pleased I can fit them inside my wellingtons too. I bought a size bigger than normal and they fit perfectly. 5*!!

Wow - what a fantastic service I have received from this organisation. A truly great product indeed. Initially I ordered a size Small, then on reading a bit more information on the sizes, I changed my order from a size Small to XS. When my order came, the XS was indeed, sadly, abit too small so I had to send it back and exchange it for a Small. This process was abit daunting as I didn't know how long this would all take but it was ok and the replacement item arrived safely.

The Small has since arrived and it fits just perfectly and the warmth is just incredible. I'm only in England so our winters vary and we don't often get really cold, cold weather - not like some of you guys out there - but I do happen to feel the cold - so this product I highly recommend. Plus it is water resistent too which also helps as we've had enough cold weather accompanied by rain just recently.

I ordered the cuff style trousers because I thought they would tuck into my wellington boots far easier than the straight leg which would probably have to go over the top which is a bit more time consuming and a little bit more fiddily, so with the cuffs, my legs can just slide right down inside my wellington boot with no problem.

Highly recommend and the service and commication throughout was just great.

I bought a pair of trousers in September 25, I wore them a couple of times when the weather wasn’t good to put on after sea swimming. As they were under my dry robe the only part that got wet were the bottom of the legs and it was clear that they were weather proof. I wore them a couple of weeks ago with a short waterproof jacket and unfortunately the rain just went right through them where the jacket met the trousers. I reached out to customer support not really expecting anything to come from it but I had a quick response from Keri who asked for more information and a video. After providing this I was very pleased to find that the company were going to replace the trousers so top marks for excellent customer service from this company.

Amazing customer service. Bought a pair of trousers for my wife's birthday which were unfortunately damaged on arrival. Emailed with pictures and within 10 minutes got a reply and replacement pair of trousers sorted out.
Will definitely recommend cuddlr and will be back for more items.

I was told about this brand on Thursday.. so I ordered myself a pair on Thursday evening and they arrived on Saturday... The size is accurate and the fleece is heavenly.
