Sadly I did not receive my order. I have not been able to speak to anybody via the live chat option, there is no phone number to speak to anybody, and emails take a week to reply to, each with no progress on resolving the matter. I have waited now for 22 days and trusted that at somepoint after an investigation into what happened with the delivery, somebody would contact me with an update, but I am chasing every few days and there is still no update or resolution to the problem. I am leaving a reasonable time between each time I contact, and waiting days to allow for a chance to get back to me, but it has been 22 days now and still nothing.
I had planned on ordering several more items and this experience has really put me off.
I felt like, only one person working on their company. They are responding after week of email, after you get your order and something is wrong they won’t bother you anymore. Another company who don’t look after to their customer. Order number 50288. Looks like it would be the first and last order. Better to order to a company who is worthy. Don’t say next day delivery if you cannot deliver next day even if it is weekend. Very poor service and never order with them again.
We had an issue with a chair we bought but this was replaced immediately ...no questions asked...excellent customer service with clear and accurate delivery times.

Sent the wrong product that is much cheaper then the one I purchased.
Tried every avenue to contact customer services with no luck. Not only am i stuck with a product unfit for my baby, I'm also out of pocket!

My wife bought a nursing chair from here. It arrived damaged and was also a poor design. That back dropped out when you sat back in it as the brackets that held the back in weren't fit for purpose.
It took ages to get in contact with customer service. Their live chat doesn't work in the hours when they advertise but we luckily got through once after a lot of randomly logging on to try. The only other way to get in touch is to leave a message to which they say they will reply within 24hrs. We have left a fair few of these and never had a reply. No phone number.
The chair was collected for delivery 11 days ago and I still haven't had a refund. Again, been unable to get in contact with customer services. Going to have to claim it back through my credit card.
Edit: Eventually got in contact with customer service who processed the refund only after we got in touch. No apology. I suspect the customer service team is under-staffed.
Ordered a mattress from them which was so thin I decided not to keep it. Never opened any packaging, not even the shipping packaging. They never answer emails, their phone line is disconnected and the online chat is always closed. Very shady.
I’ve been trying to return a mattress and not been getting any clear instructions to send it back. Chat facility almost never works and no reply to emails. It’s been 2 weeks now
I bought a chest of drawers for my daughter’s nursery that should arrive in 1 to 4 working days. In 6 working days they haven’t said a word about dispatching or delivering ans of course haven’t delivered the product. I have tried contact in every possible way and they don’t respond. Suspecting scam!
I bought a cotbed and when I opened it I found three defects. I contacted customer service to which their auto response indicated a response with 2-3 days. After a week I was contacted and asked to provide information which I did within an hour. It’s now been 7 days of ignoring a paying customer while my child sleeps in a defective bed.
Terrible service, paid to return item 2 weeks ago still no refund or acknowledgment for my returned item, or that it was received even though I have a pic and signed for. Don’t respond to emails and no other contact method. Chasing my refund with no reply. AVOID this company
Hadn’t heard of this company before but they had the product I was looking for in stock at a great price plus a new customer discount code and free delivery. Delivery was quick too. Wouldn’t hesitate to order from again
Great mattress soft cost and firm good value for money
Item arrived with no screws , looked like it had been used as felt sticky . Trying to return it has been a nightmare , it’s still here dispute a number of emails and Facebook messages I still have been given details of how to return it ! Refund it will also cost me £45 plus the cost of the transportation of this large item . My advise check the small print
Easy ordering, followed up with efficient communication on selecting a delivery date, running up to and on the day of delivery. Delighted with the furniture, easy to assemble and of very good quality. Thank you CuddleCo, my grand daughter’s nursery is perfect.
Excellent service, order cot with matching furniture, very quick and efficient service, kept up to date at each stage including delivery given time slot, still to build furniture for new grand daughter due date
Our nearly 5 month old daughter has been sleeping on this mattress for roughly 2 weeks and though she sleeps in different places each night as she moves around, where her head rests for long periods, the springs collapse and don’t seem to pop back up. This means her head sinks into the mattress and now there are holes where her head lays.
I did a lot of research into mattresses and I’m very disappointed because this mattress had rave reviews and seemed to promise everything I was hoping for.
Unfortunately not too sure what to do next as I’m not entirely sure this mattress will stand the test of time if it is failing after only 2 weeks!
