I had a disappointing experience with Cucomm.

Poor Customer Support: When I reached out with concerns, I never got a real person to respond. All replies felt like they were coming from a chatbot, which was very frustrating.

Missing Promised Features: My plan included 7 trusted accounts for free, but I never received them. This made me feel like the service was not delivering what it advertised.

Technical Issues: Adding my own Facebook account was also a hassle. I had to log in again and again just to keep it running, which wasted a lot of time.

Overall, Cucomm did not live up to its promises. I hope they improve their support and fix these issues, because right now it doesn’t feel reliable or worth the investment.

We have leads in csv and the tool alows to import it which is great. also i like that we see leads in the pipeline and can exclude specific leads. there are a lot of useful features but it's not difficult to navigate.

I really like the tool. It has parsing, targeting, and mass messaging features altogether. Quick support.

I really like that it’s ready for scaled outreach right after purchase, without needing any third-party tools or services.

really does the thing. previously i was using another tool will lots of useless features and that tool always had issues with sending messages and i started using cucomm - my friend recommended. it basically works

we've being using the tool for a few years so far. it's great for fb cold outreach and now they have everyting in place.

I found it pretty convenient that the software has everything in place:
1. Parser
2. Targeting
3. Messaging automation
4. Anti-detect browser
5. Built-in proxies

and some other things. It's not necessary to look for other third-party providers to gather different things to start working, so I just started without a headache

It is a complete SCAM... There is no way to CANCEL. i highly recommend you STAY AWAY from this company

Takes almost forever to load the widget on my chrome browser after opening facebook.

I just signed up but I'm already regretting it.

Please, if something can be done about this, i'll be super grateful

Service is slower than doing it manually, for any B2B marketing it doesn't work as prospects don't have their role declared. and to make matters worse there is no easy way to cancel the service

What I like the most is that you can upload thousands of leads in bulk and they're then automatically redistributed across your accounts. Overall, great product, and very helpful and fast support.

CUCOMM has saved me a lot of time by helping me automatically send sales messages to the profiles a gather it helped me get more customers.

I have my own small business and CUCOMM is helped me so much. It gives me a major part of the customers. I love the interface and ease of use.

I use Cucomm to send bulk messages on Facebook. It’s very simple and has only 2 buttons: Collect Profiles and Send Messages. I send a lot of messages from every FB profile every day without getting banned since the extension simulates real person.

I’ve tried different programs, but this one is my favorite since it doesn’t require Facebook password, it has free version and I can run it for as many FB profiles as I want - just creating new Chrome profiles (no google account required).
