Renté un auto en Cuba el mes pasado con esta agencia. La verdad ya la he utilizado en otros años y siempre con ellos sale todo bien. Los chicos garantizan mi reserva tal cual la solicitamos y son muy amables. Los pagos muy seguros y eso me da tranquilidad. Cuba es complicada pero entendemos cuál es la función de las agencias de renta de de autos en Cuba como Cubacation. Yo la recomiendo siempre a mis amistades.

Desde el principio todo fluyó correctamente y cada vez que tenía una duda, siempre estaban disponibles. Muy profesionales y atentos. Me ayudaron para la recogida del coche y aunque a veces no depende de ellos, hacen todo lo posible por ayudar

Buenos días y le cuento que el 19/03 yo tenía vuelo planificado de miami a la Habana y por problema de manejo de la TSA se extravió mi residencia y no pude viajar.el día siguiente me comunican que apareció la residencia en el aeropuerto y la tengo en mi poder el martes y vuelvo a planificar mi vuelo para el miércoles 22/3 .al darse la situación el domingo hago por contactar a cubacation por el teléfono y correo que aparece en el voucher y no fue posible pues nunca respondieron.el lunes continuó la gestión y en la tarde me responde el de atencion al cliente en Cuba después de darme otro número de teléfono y otro correo y se comunica conmigo por watsap y me dice que gestionará la devolución de el dinero pero que la política es que no se devuelve el dinero.cuando tengo la reserva le comunico que si yo llegó el miércoles 22 debo tener el auto disponible pues está pago a lo que me dice que era imposible pues ya el auto estaba tentado.y sólo quiero que se analice y se me devuelva el dinero de al menos los días de el miércoles 22 al26 pues ya yo estaba en Cuba.espero respuesta.

The worst car rental company i have seen in my whole life. This people have no clue about customer service and their cars are completely inadequate to be on the road "UNSAFE". If you value your own life and safety avoid renting any CUBAN CAR.

I have rented a car from 2/4/2020 to 12/4/2020 in Havana from Cubacation paid in advance.
Since the trips were canceled due to corona the company reimbursed the full amount of the rental (paid in advance) now at the beginning of June 2020.
This indicates a commitment to the clients. Definitively, the day I will travel to Cuba I will use the services of this company.

We've rented a budget car at Cubacation with automatic transmission. We chose Hotel Deauville in Havana as a pick up and drop off point, but when we came by it turned out that the car was not waiting for us (the agent place is upstairs, on the first floor). We had to wait about 30 mins to clarify what we should do. They found my voucher record but said that I have to go to airport and pick up the car there. Fortunately, they (the agent at the hotel) have fully compensated taxi to airport and the airport fee of picking the car up at their parking (+20 CUC). As promised it was Renault Sandero. The car condition was 3 of 5 -- with a lot of small scratches, wheels with different rims, without rear wiper, incorrect setup of right side mirror, and small issues in the interior. In general the car goes well, we did ~1400 km with it without significant problems. The car has USB for charging and Bluetooth for music (although the sound quality is total crap). We've dropped it at the hotel as negotiated before and I've got my deposit back (150 CUC) without any problem.
