From the minute I ordered I was informed of the where abouts of my parcel I got a code texted to me to give the driver upon arrival I got a email the day after thanking me for the purchase the trainers are so so nice packaged lovely and smart. Very happy.

Service brilliant ordered trainers got next day unfortunately they were to big son wanted them they didn’t havd the beige colour smaller offered a replacement but got money back no problem will wait till come back in stock brilliant service from start to finish

Wow… Tommy I have no words. The end of 2025 and start of 2026 have been a really stress and worry for me. My business has been wiped away from under my feet by the person managing it for me. I was then left with a lease worth thousands that I would have to pay for myself and credit card debt. This is no lie. I put them in my basket went in and out thinking I don’t have the money for these but I want them so much. I then decided to put them on my credit card and would deal with it later. Literally 40 minutes after ordering them I got an email from the letting agency telling me someone wants to view the building. Then yesterday they viewed the building and want to take it in the next few weeks. With the view to giving me a small space to re build my business. This is insane and I truly believe in the power of what you are doing. All that aside the trainers are insane. Amazing quality and so comfortable.

Investing in Ctrne trainers has been one of the single most important decisions I have made.

Life had been challenging up until the point I bought my first pair. I doubted myself. I was inconsistent. I had two kids under five and was in the worst shape of my life.

After following Tommy's journey for the past few years and having the same outlook I decided to buy a pair of trainers. I ordered the wrong size :( I emailed them and Rebekha phoned me personally within minuets to arrange return and assistance in buying the correct size. Her customer service was exceptional and communication with me upto receiving my new pair was outstanding - she is a real credit to the team. The packaging is superb and an experience in itself, you feel rewarded. The trainers are stunning every little detail is perfectly thought out. They are super comfortable, stylish and you definitely get a sense of positivity lacing them up. It's grounding knowing the ethos of the company and knowing the crystal puts you in a good mindset from the very first step of the day that you are in them. The way they feel, the quality and the crystal has brought a whole new lease of life into me. My last 15 years have been extremely difficult, after losing my mum and dad and 2 kids I didn’t think nothing else could go wrong but it did, I had a mental breakdown and was in a dark place, financially and family was not in a good place too. But wearing these trainers have made me feel better in myself, spiritually connected again and bringing me calmness, motivated and awake to get up everyday and be blessed to what I have. These are by far the best, comfiest trainers iv ever worn. Iv had so many compliments- but most importantly they I feel so grounded and calm in crowds of ppl and don’t isolate myself as much. I have a lot more focus too and no overthinking or overwhelm like I used too. I love going out and about regardless of the crowd & I can walk for hours because they don’t hurt one bit! Have to say from order to delivery 5 star I have worked within customer service and high luxury sales- and the service receive from CTRNE has been bang on- the quality of the trainers through to the box it was presented in is different level. The trainers are beyond comfortable and definitely value for money. Since buying them it has been crazy in terms of the spiritual connection- since this brand started it made me research into citrine even more and I carried the stone in my car and around my desk etc but since wearing the trainers I cannot unsee 11:11 every time I check the time in the morning i see 11:11 - this has also given me the energy to make sure this year I achieve my goals- I run a business that I do on the side but this I have the energy that will make me go 2 feet in and go all in to make it a success rather than just putting 50% energy into- amazing trainers amazing brand amazing culture

When I bought these trainers, I was at rock bottom—my car had been stolen, I’d just split with my partner (leaving me living in hotels for a period), and I had two failing businesses causing massive stress. I was in the middle of a breakdown.

I bought the trainers to cheers myself up. Firstly, I obviously love how they look and fit. But the real reason I’ll be buying more is the incredible shift in my life since wearing them.

The truth is, I don’t know much about crystals, and it could be coincidence—but I don’t think so. Tommy changed my life.
It started when he went on a podcast and opened up about his ADHD. He explained his day-to-day life, the thoughts, the chaos, the constant noise. For the first time ever, I realised I wasn’t on my own with these mad thoughts and issues I’d been battling silently for years.
So I did something about it. I got medicated. And genuinely, he changed my life.

The very next day, I got a call asking me to cover someone on a golf course for six weeks after they broke their arm. I’d never met them in my life — my details were passed on by someone who happened to be playing that day.
Then, no word of a lie the next week, igot an email from a school inviting me to interview for the exact job I’d worked so hard for and walked away from for someone else.
For context — schools do not have vacancies at the start of September. I forgot I had applied for it. Everything is planned, sorted, done ready for the new school year.
I wore the trainers, slept with them on night before.
I walked into that interview with no weight on my shoulders, up against some serious candidates — and I smashed it.
I started six weeks later.
I know this is long for a review, and I’m not here to tell my life story — but this isn’t just a trainer.
It’s something far bigger.

I bought my only pair of trainers in November of 2024, after listening to Tommy about manifesting your future and the projects you never thought would happen. In 2022 my little food business suffered the consequences of a fatal accident that was nothing to do with us and I never thought I would ever get back out to doing what I love. A total of 3 years fighting PTSD I dared to dream the dream again. Forward to December 2024 I bought a pair of trainers, that as soon as I started wearing them and believing in myself, I started to back myself again, I could open my little company and serve hungry people with great clean pure homemade food just like ive fed my family for years. I came across a post for a food truck in a timber yard, could it be fate that I was meant to stumble across this, I manifested for days weeks months, and on September the 8th 2025 I open my little food truck doing exactly what I love, serving the public breakfast lunch and the best coffee this side of New Malden, Surrey. I owe all this to Tommy for making me believe im myself again, taking that leap, every meeting wearing those special trainers that are so comfy and look great with everything.
