Outstanding service both in the shop and also when following up from Shaun.

The young gentleman called Sean was very helpful when I was in store on Friday. He took the time to go over all the products with me to make sure I was getting the correct one for what I wanted it for.. Very friendly and approachable.

Andrew , who works at CTD in Darlington was very helpful to us today. He helped us to pick lots tiles that were suitable for outside back patio

We have used CTD tile shop on Darlington for many years and their service is faultless. Today we went in again to check availability of outdoor tiles.
Andrew who helped us was very knowledgeable and helpful. He showed us the meaning of R 11 ratings for outside tiles and gave us ideas for borders and contrasting colour. We would like to thank Andrew who works there , for his time , approachability and knowledge

Great experience at CTD Tiles, Darlington. Friendly knowledgeable staff (David) very helpful with choices and decisions on bathroom tiles.

I have nothing but praise for this company. Very efficient and pleasant to deal with. Paid late on a Friday for some tiles, they rang me Monday morning to confirm order details, tiles arrived by 10:30 Tuesday morning.

It was so easy to find the additional tiles we needed and Phil who we dealt with was very helpful

popped into Darlington store to find some tiles and was helped and assisted by Michael smith, he was helpful and knowledgeable about our requirements and even helped us solve a problem we had and could figure out how we could achieve the look we wanted. Gave us a print out with all of the tiles we had chosen and even got a sample for us. His Technical knowledge of the installation and the tiles themselves was phenomenal

Love these tiles.
I used fewer tiles than expected due the how efficiently they fitted the space. Unfortunately now I am left with a nearly full box of tiles that are no use to me. It's my only negative that CTD don't take back the unused tiles like some other companies do, and they may just have to be binned.

Otherwise, service was great at both Darlington and Carlisle branches, and I'm very happy.
