CTB installed my alarm system last year. Have been very pleased with the whole procedure. Today Gérard came to do the yearly service. Absolutely brilliant. Came on time, friendly and very efficient. He made sure I understood everything I needed to know about my system. Thank you so much Gérard.

I wouldn’t not recommend this company due to myself booking in to have my alarm system serviced to find engineer was happy to put my alarm system back together after finding once took front off it was all scorched and burnt the inside of alarm box was hot to touch, I informed the engineer that I wasn’t happy to have that as it was clearly a risk due to the heat and the marks I called the office and spoke to Katie who I found to be abrupt as they still charged me £185 for just removing fuse they still left alarm live hence why I didn’t choose to have alarm system replaced by this company as they were willing to put my family at risk leaving it.

Gez was absolutely lovely & professional installing and explaining how the alarm works including the app for it and setting everything up & Katie was lovely and very quick at getting back to me with reconsolidations as to what I would need installed too, 10/10 for these guys I would highly recommend

new control panel installed by Jake today,after 14 years of old panel, all set up and explained how to use, and demonstrated ,all now working perfectly.may i say Katie a brilliant liason in the office,after 14 years of dealing with c t b, alarms,all good !!

Will, Gerard and Jack came to replace our outdated alarm system, and I genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment they arrived, they were professional, friendly, and incredibly thoughtful in their approach.

They took the time to really understand how our household works, noting that my partner and I use different entrances, and carefully considering how best to configure the system around that. They also made sure to factor in where our dogs are during the day and at night, so everything felt tailored specifically to our home and lifestyle rather than a one-size-fits-all setup.

The installation itself was quick and efficient, but what really stood out was how approachable and helpful they were throughout. They talked me through the app in detail and made sure I felt completely confident using it, even stepping in to hold my baby so I could focus, which was so kind and much appreciated. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I have been a customer of CTB Alarms for many years and I have always received a first class service . We had a new alarm system installed back in 2018 which has functioned without any problems since instillation . We have the system serviced annually and the engineers have always been courteous , friendly and efficient . They have also always been transparent when explaining the cost of the work carried out . Over the past two years Jack has been our engineer and he has been brilliant on both occasions : he is very friendly and polite and has carried out an excellent job each time that he has attended . I would thoroughly recommend CTB Alarms if you need a new house alarm or you need help with your existing system .

Jack is always courteous and professional- always offers excellent advice.
