Absolutely terrible! Lost over £300 as nothing was delivered! Reported immediately but no help from them, apart from phone the police.

Never been spoken to in such a way these have spoke to me. I will be reporting to trading standards and also my bank for fraud.
they take your money and you receive nothing.

Absolutely dreadful!

Quality is shocking…vinyl cannot be cut without it lifting off the backing tape. Doesn’t stick well.

First email I sent I was told to tape the vinyl to the backing paper 🙈

I emailed again and never got any reply!

Must be a drug front because there products and service are disgustingly bad. No reply to emails, says products will be sent out in 1 business day, took 10 days. Got the tint and it wasn't workable, was damaged on arrival and didn't even stick to the glass. Avoid at all costs.

AVOID AVOID AVOID !!!! Cheap crap wrap Iv overpaid for crap, £30 for a roof wrap and Iv ripped it all off. Soild-no stretch what so ever. Just rubbish product.

terrible service, the deadlines of 3-4 days are a lie, I've been waiting 15 days for the order number and nothing, if the product will arrive I already have my doubts

DO NOT BUY CSK - THEY ARE COMPLETELY MIS-SELLING THEIR PRODUCT.

I bought the gloss carbon fibre wrap and one day after installing there was moisture in between the layers of carbon. Turns out it’s because their carbon fibre isn’t even suitable for outdoor use! Ale came back to me after my email and assured me the problem would go away on its own. Months later the problem is still there and the vinyl needs stripping and binning. Many emails and phone calls and I’m just being ignored.

Also the vinyl is not a true cast and is not comfortable at all. And is not ‘bubble free’ either, does not have the air release liners that the proper vinyl manufacturers have.

Very thick and inflexible product. Just wasted £19 trying to protect the wrap that I bought from them a few months back. I tried to overlay the black brushed aluminium which I was using on my car tread plates because they were wearing. May work on bodywork but not for my project

Time to start answering the phone and your emails. My delivery was late when I paid for next day delivery. When I tried the phone (repeatedly) it just rang and rang. This happens every time you call the number. No response to emails either, although my order mysteriously appeared after several emails complaining it was late. Now all I want is the paperwork to go with the order, but there seems very little chance of getting that. It wouldn't be so bad if the vinyl was good quality, but it went straight in the bin because it was terrible!

Ruined my car. Had their material fitted for 3 years. Had to start removing it as it has began to fade and look mouldy, the top layer is coming up separate from the adhesive leaving not only a residue but the underneath silver backing to which is difficult to remove needs, heat, scrapping, solvent. Which has now ruined my paint which was perfect before. DO NOT USE CSK EVER
I have much experience wrapping and removing wrap so I know it's not my fault.

Terrible customer service. Don’t even bother to reply. Avoid at all costs. Wish I’d read these beforehand. Shame you have to give at least 1 star.

The delivery was quick and the vinyl is clearly good quality, easy to handle and looks good.

A SCAM.
I had placed 2 orders. I returned both orders back intact as the vinyl is of a very poor quality according to reports. He refunded me one of them and he ignores to refund the other one which is £132. This company seems to be run by a person called ALEX who is the absolute SCAMBAG. Numerous times I emailed this guy asking him to refund me the 2nd order but he never did and he ignored completely my last email to him asking for my money again. Don't believe anything this website claims it offers. It's all a lie.
I will claim my money...
His pathetic business has to shut down and him behind bars!

Had my 1957 Dodge truck wrapped professionally using this companies' product several years ago and it looks great- some small parts have lifted but this is due to the terrible paint quality underneath (NOT the wrap itself the wrapping company said- they replaced a panel after re-prepping it and it's been fine but years on I didn't want to get them to do the other small bits)- I ordered through ebay from CSK- a sample then a larger amount of the wrap and both orders arrived really quickly and in good condition....

They took my money, thankfullh for a sample only. Never turned up, ignored emails and the phone number is dead. Absolutely disgusting

Item never turned up, I emailed twice asking for the tracking number but they avoided sending it over, they said it was Royal Mail 24 but it’s been weeks now and it still hasn’t turned up. They ignored my last email asking for a refund so I’ve reported them to my bank. Possibly a scam like others are saying.

We ordered some 4D carbon wrap film for a repeat order job and it has been great to work with. It has good workability and most importantly, it stays put once post-heated. The service we received was first class from start to finish.

Absolutely awful experience. Wrap didn't arrive, wasn't sent a tracking number, so emailed. Was told there had been an issue with stock so they'd actually send it this time.

Still didn't receive anything so emailed again to be told it was sent out the first time and that I'd received it. I hadn't, so I asked for proof. They sent me the tracking number which had photographs of it being delivered. Only issue was that they'd sent it to the wrong address with the wrong name on it.

They then told me it had been taken back to the depot and that they had evidence of me picking it up. They didn't, because I hadn't. They refused to refund me, but fortunately I'd paid through PayPal so I sent them the evidence I had and PayPal refunded me.

Awful, rude, and unhelpful company. Probably a scam. AVOID.

Like the other recent reviews I never received my order after 2 weeks despite 24hr postage. Not able to contact them so I assume they are no longer trading, luckily payed using paypal so will be claiming my money back.

I can only assume that the company has folded. After nearly 2 weeks of waiting the wrap has failed to arrive even though they claim they use Royal Mail 24. I have sent numerous emails, not a single response and tried calling but no one ever answers. Will be forced to contact my credit card company for a refund.
