After reading all the reviews . I really need to stress CSK Motors was absolutely fabulous to deal with. I bought a Nissan Juke from them. So easy to deal with these guys. Everything they promised me was delivered. After 4 weeks an engine management light came on. Spoke to Rob @ CSK he asked me if I could get it back to them . Dropped it back to them went to Meadowhall for a wonder & a bite to eat . They called me 3 hours later advising its ready to collect . It's now 3 months and no further problems. I would recommend CSK motors to anyone .

2nd car I’ve had from CSK. Gave me a good trade in both times and both cars have been really good. Also have my servicing and any repairs done with them, I would definitely recommend to friends and family

Always have my vans serviced with these and always well looked after.

I'm on my 4th vehicle (still got 3 of them) from csk motors all are great cars/van, customer service is great and iv had good aftercare too, I take them to csk for general maintenance found them to be best price and service wouldn't go anywhere else.

Im shocked to read the reviews regard aftercare @ CSK . I bought my Daughter in law and car From Chris . He was very helpful throughout from test drive to the sale & then aftercare . Its a second hand car with over70k miles (not a new car !) It developed a fault . Chris & Shaun asked if we could drop the car to their workshop & they would sort it . Everything was sorted & no further problems. I would strongly recommend CSK MOTORS .

i am on my 3rd car from this car dealer and yes they has been acouple of faults but csk motors have done there up most to always put things right.
and always to there cost.
I can strongly recomened this dealer to any one looking for there next car.
For cars at the lower end of the market csk motors give a good service from start to finish

I would strongly advise avoiding CSK Motors Ltd based on my experience. I purchased a vehicle in October 2025 which was sold with an MOT and described as being in good condition, but it developed serious faults almost immediately. It had already failed an MOT before I properly received it, and after delivery I experienced further issues including alternator failure and a suspension problem that caused a breakdown and required recovery.

I had to reject the vehicle as it was not of a reasonable standard. The trader took the car back and stayed silent and no refund until I issued a court claim. Only after legal action did I receive a full refund including my costs.

Overall, this was a stressful and time-consuming experience, and I would recommend that others avoid and carry out very careful checks before considering buying from this trader.

The salesman was very helpful and more than happy to discuss different options when I was looking to buy a car. However, after I had completed the purchase and later discovered a fault with the vehicle, the level of communication and support was not nearly as good.

I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience. I purchased a car at the end of November and soon discovered a fault. I was advised to bring the car back in for repair, which I did, but after three separate attempts the issue was still not resolved to a satisfactory standard.

As a result, I requested a refund. Unfortunately, there was no willingness from the company to address this request. After seeking advice from Citizens Advice, I had to pursue the matter through my bank in order to recover my money.

The refund was eventually processed, the car was returned, and it now appears to be back up for sale. What was most disappointing was the complete lack of concern from the company about the situation this left me in, without a vehicle.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.

Purchased a car in July, left the garage and immediately there were issues with the radiator, and we ended up broken down on the motorway, the car went back into the garage twice until it was fixed properly.

In August I got a puncture only to discover the wheel nut (not sure if that is the right term) for the vehicle wasn't in the car, so the garage couldn't get the tire off, had to pay for all the bolts/nuts to be replaced on the wheels.

Car has just gone in for its MOT after having the vehicle for only 6 months, the vehicle failed and needs 1000 pounds worth of work on it to pass.

This is the worse car I have every brought.

Either the garage is rubbish and does not inspect or check the cars before sale. Or they know they are selling crap to people and conning them out of money.

Please, please spend your money somewhere else.

Bought my car in June and 2 weeks after buying it my engine management light came on the AA came out and informed me that my Egr valve was faulty I took it back to the garage to be fixed then on 28th October my engine management light came back on the AA came back out and told me my Egr valve was faulty again I took my car back to the gagare on 6th October for it to be fixed again and 2 miles from the garage my engine management light came back on I again called the AA they came out gave me a report saying my Egr was faulty and leaking coolant I was told my car would need towing as it was indrivable I contacted trading standards who told me that I was covered under the consumer credit act 2015 saying I was legally entitled to reject the car as it was not fit for purpose I spoke to the manager who says he isn’t willing to help I’ve sent him an email explaining I know my rights and when I spoke to them yesterday was told when he has 5 mins he will respond great customer service.. not !! Have reported this garage to trading standards as the manager doesn’t even know what the consumer credit act is even though on his website it says he will honour and fulfill his obligations if things go wrong .. he says he is a reliable garage and he is even part of AA cars which are also looking into this garage.. spoke to him yesterday and the manager says he doesn’t believe his garage caused the problems when I took my car in on the Tuesday it didn’t go in with a coolant leak and he is blaming everyone else... my advice is don’t buy from this garage seems like a lot of people have had issues with this garage he is quick to take your money and does nothing when things go wrong .. AVOID AVOID AVOID !!!

By 7th August, I had spent approx 10 hours waiting for breakdown patrols, due to problems with this vehicle.
