My 9th year with crusader and I know I have peace of mind

Very good customer service from start to finish, 5 star communication and 5 star price. We use contract hire vehicles a lot and this was first time with crusader and also one of the easiest orders we've placed.

Incredibly helpful and knowledgeable team. We asked for multiple quotes multiple times and the team kept delivering until we landed on the vehicle that was right for us. Thank you!

I think the service has been 1st class . Supplied me a spare wheel on request . Sorted all little problems out with out any fuss. Will recommend them and Adam Smith has been most helpful to me thank you. Yes one more thing new air con replacement excellent..

This was the first time I used Crusader Vehicles to buy a van, the hole experience went so smoothly from start to finish. Staff were so helpful sorted my finance and delivery and the vehicle was excellent value and looked amazing.

Simon was very helpful, I gave him a call because we urgently needed a van for a new service engineer, he sourced and delivered the Transit Custom in less than 2 weeks.
Thank you Simon

We’ve worked with Shaun Wares multiple times now, and the service has been consistently excellent. His communication is outstanding — always clear, prompt, and professional, which makes the entire process seamless from start to finish.

We recently received two more vehicles from him, and once again, everything was handled smoothly and efficiently. Delivery was quick, the process was hassle-free, and the pricing is always very competitive.

It’s a pleasure doing business with Shaun. Highly recommend!

This was my second van lease through crusader vans and Kevin.
Faultless service yet again.
Kevin found me a great deal on my transit custom and the whole process was smooth, even arranged my old van to go back a month early and coordinate the exchange for the same day.
Crusader and Kevin will be my goto for future leases.
Thank you.

Excellent Service from Horatio who was extremely helpful and very responsive to our initial queries and specification requests.
After spending months communicating with various vehicle manufacturers and chasing information, it was a breath of fresh air speaking with Crusader-vans who quickly responded, were very polite and not at all pushy.

Adam was incredibly helpful throughout the process and we are pleased with our new WAV. A huge thank you to him for his support.

Kevin and Liz were first class in keeping in touch from the word go until delivery of my van. Would certainly recommend Crusader to anyone looking to hire a car / van on finance. Nothing is too much trouble.

Second time using Crusader and another great experience and service with no judgement and straight forward decent people to deal with

we have bought all of our vans through Crusader vans always stress free and their prices are very competitive

Simon and the extended team are a pleasure to work with and I would not hesitate in recommending them. Professional, courteous and above all knowledgeable.
