Booked our 2028 trip through CruiseAbout and it was seamless. Our agent, Tom Liardo, was incredibly professional and secured an amazing balcony cabin. The booking process was fast, efficient, and Tom proactively handled all documentation. Cruiseabout is like having a conversation with your family
My husband and I have never been on a cruise before and we went into Cruiseabout West Lakes to find out more about a holiday.
We spoke to Amber who not only answered all of our dumb questions without making us feel silly but managed to make us feel like we were having family conversation about cruising.
We booked a taster cruise and if we enjoy it we will be back talking to Amber from Cruiseabout to book New Zealand.
