Entered a free competition a few days ago and got a call today to say I won. They were really polite and friendly on the phone and said they'd send over everything they needed to the e-mail address I'd registered with. That e-mail arrived shortly and after I sent my details back the money I won was in my account less than an hour later. Really happy with this website!
