DO NOT BUY. Their plans auto-renew with no warning meaning I am paying AGAIN for a sub-par product I do not use. Choose one of the other social media schedulers, there's a reason they're more popular...

Terrible app and big scam.
There is NO OPTION TO CANCEL ON ITUNES / APPLE ID!! I wanted to cancel last year but it auto renewed; I’ve already emailed them this year with a screenshot of my phone which shows NO OPTION TO CANCEL. They have replied with some rubbish saying they can’t cancel it for me which is of course a big lie. I have evidence of this conversation and will take action if they don’t cancel this year. Really bad business practice. Stay away.

I just wanted to use the site for some social media analytics, but it wasn't even showing half of the posts I made in a 90 day period. I purchased a month because I believed that maybe it was because I was just having a free trial but nope. They emailed me saying if I have any questions to write them, then didn't respond. I tried messaging them on Twitter because it told me to do so if I had a different question than the FAQ. Horrible customer service. I want my money back but I doubt that will happen. Do not use this service!

No one is spamming my mailbox more than they do.

Edit: Got a reply and a refund 4 days after writing another email and leaving the review below. Changing my note from 1 to 3 stars and the title from "Very bad experience, shady" to "Mitigated experience". A faster reply would have been welcome. I still don't understand how we got auto-renewed even though this shouldn't be possible.

Very bad experience. Bought the one-year premium plan, didn't find it useful for automating communication on social media (not their fault, automatic posting services have limited benefits, didn't work for us). Our yearly plan got auto-renewed, even though their website states clearly "…Both Premium & Pro Plans are Annual Subscription plans that do not get auto-renewed. These plans will get canceled on their own with the end of the subscription period …". Note: There is no option on the website to auto-renew or cancel automatic renewal for these plans. 5 weeks after my first email, no reply so far, no refund either. Shady at best. Will update.

If i could give this a zero i would. Worst service ever. videos are not posted correctly, crowdfire seems to choose whichever video they fancy.
the support is appalling, they don't seem to fix the problems and take forever to reply.
I bought the yearly package and now can't get a refund. am beyond upset. Deffo not worth the money and really not worth the aggravation. Crowdfire is the pits :(

Customer service mostly ignores emails, then offers hope by replying and then disappears again. Basically fobbed off. Cannot get any clear communication. Still waiting for a reply and a refund. Speak to your bank. This company must be shut down. Posted on Twitter that they emailed me, after 3 hours still no email. Lied to and robbed. REFUND ME NOW OR FACE LEGAL ACTION.

Very slow customer service (took 6 weeks for them to reply properly). They've also removed a lot of features and won't give refunds. It used to be a great app, but is now mostly useless.

Had the premium plan for a year but never used it. Now the charged me for my second year, and won't give me a refund. I've been trying to contact support for over a month. STAY AWAY FROM CROWDFIRE

Not like before actually. Lot's of features were removed after the TOS changes of social media networks. But the good thing is they keep their platform updated. At least you will not get banned by using their features.

Lots of features removed (auto replies, instagram feed)

The only feature left that is useful to help with your social media accounts is broken - "Copy Followers" search.

It doesn't work, you search for a specific person eg @icenimagazine and it gives random list but not that person. Also search for something like "norwich" and you get a load of chinese and japanese people which is 1/2 way across the world.

Also , asks to reauthenticate every click!
