Great customer service and speedy delivery of products

A first class service from start to finish with only a 48 hour wait for my products to be delivered once ordered and easy to follow tracking information supplied by a great company.

Our order was delivered the next day although they said it could be 2-6 working days! Fab :)

We thought that the delivery of the hedging took rather a long time considering that we only live 30 minutes away and it would have been good if we could have collected from your premises, however, the quality of the product is excellent and has now been planted and we are looking forward to a lovely hedge. Many thanks - Jill and Rob Lingard

My order came so promptly . And all the products were of a very high quality. Advocado stone and other items. I was so impressed with delivery and the service given. Thank you! Oh and they were birthday presents for my best friend and she loved them

Very happy with item, very fast delivery. 5* service

Wonderful service, excellent product. Very helpful and friendly staff.

Never used this company before but after this initial purchasing experience I certainly will use again and would recommend to others.
Pricing comparison of identical product from other retailers confirmed them as most competitive. Once ordered communication were fast and clear on delivery status throughout.
Items arriving on time and extremely well packed.
In summary a very pleasant purchasing experience.
Thankyou

products from crowders are first rate with quick delivery and competitive prices

Lovely service. Plants in about a week.

goods came perfectly packed and prompt

Cheaper than anywhere I'd researched and fast delivery- will use this company again.

The trees are excellent, very competitivly priced just a lack of clarity about how long it will take to despatch. The actual delivery was also excellent.

Great price and very quick delivery

I ordered a small bird bath which arrived quickly, no issues at all.

A bit disappointed at just how small the bird bath is. A better description on the website would be a good idea so I would have known exactly how small 'small' was!

Super communication and service

The only reason for docking one star is selling on ebay as the last item and then putting a fresh one up as the last item. I wanted 2 and thought I could only get one . Ordered that thinking I would have to get another elsewhere only for it still to be available the next day.

Swift delivery as promised, accurate description of the product.

From ordering to receiving BBQ was 1st class. Emails sent with delivery progress, which was fast and free. Would not hesitate to use Crowders again and would definitely recommend based on my experience.

I was looking for a willow trellis 4ft x 6ft. Crowders offered this at an excellent price and I received it within days of ordering.
They kept me updated via email on the progress of my order.

Beautiful trellis at a very good price.
Thanks.!
