We raised an enquiry for a office upgrade. We had an initial conversation about our requirements and went through the effort to send images and requested information. Following this we got radio silence from this company and did not respond to any further follow ups or emails. They obviously do not want our business!

We understand the frustration caused by lack of follow-up, and for that, we are very sorry. Your feedback is very valuable to us; it highlights an area where we need to improve. Clearly your experience shows our team that when our pre-sales department is exceptionally busy, and when this is combined with unplanned staff absence, early-stage pre-sales enquiries are at risk of falling off the radar.
This is certainly not the level of service we strive to deliver, and because of your feedback we are reviewing our internal processes to ensure that enquiries are closed-off properly should we not be in a position to quote for a certain piece of work.

I have been working with and for Crossover now for over two years. They are a wonderfully proactive and professional company. Their attention to detail is second to none. Crossover AV first upgraded and expanded our existing delivery in the largest of our conference spaces in 2017. They next did the same for our penthouse meeting rooms in 2018. Both projects were delivered in an extremely professional and timely manner, and understanding of our idiosyncrasies as an organisation. Since 2017, we've held a preventative maintenance contract with Crossover AV, who have proven consisitent and effective in resolving the very few issues and intergrating new hardware.
