DISGUSTING LIERS !
I’ve ordered yesterday 4 pairs of crocs on black friday sale ( price was extremely low ) so I’ve ordered 4 pairs and paid 25£ ! This morning I’ve received email cancellation and nothing about my money refund !!! Such an big and popular company allowing mistakes like that? Is not people fault price was wrong ! DISGUSTING!!! WAITING FOR MY MONEY BACK !!!
Very disappointed with crocs online
Very disappointed with crocs. Order some kids crocs online only for them to be cancelled later that evening with no explanation. Go onto their website and the crocs are still available but now the price has gone up. Crocs should not have cancelled the order when they are still in stock. Looking at these reviews it would seem a lot of customers have issues with crocs online shop very disappointing.
Flip flop blunder
I ordered some flip flops for £3.77, yes, I thought they were cheap. They cancelled my order no reason given. Looks like the price was incorrect instead of honouring my order they just cancelled. Not good crocs.

Absolutely disgusted, cancelled my order with no reason. Nobody answers customer service live chat or call centre. No refund issued £63 down the drain.
Misleading Website + Zero Human Support
Website states customers are entitled to cancel orders 30 minutes after order is placed, yet have entirely fake/non-existent option to do so within that window so you are left with no options to rectify anything about an order you don't want. No UK customer service options and all replies through chat or email are 100% automated and 100% unhelpful. Terrible.

I am having to email regularly and other than being told that my refund has been processed several times and that my complaint has been escalated I have not received any money or had any contact for my complaint

If I could give a zero star review I would. The customer service is shocking, I placed an order no more than a hour ago and I'm trying to cancel the order. The item i ordered was supposed to be included in the black friday deals and I also had another code and when it came to payment it charged me full price and gave no explanation as to why the item wasn't included or why my other discount code wasn't accepted. If the item wasn't included in the black friday deal and the my blue light card discount wasn't accepted I would have purchased them from another shops that has them on offer. I now have to wait until the package is delivered and create a return before I can get a refund!

I want to start by saying I do love crocs, however, avoid ordering online at all costs and go to an actual shop! I placed an order online, which Royal Mail ‘returned to sender’ due to ‘incomplete address’ so obviously a printing error on crocs side as everything I order is autofilled, I eventually managed to get through to an agent who said to re order and a refund would be issued within 10-14 days of them receiving the original order back. Wow. Literally had to fight for months to get the refund! Several different agents tried telling me they had received them back on different dates- even though I could see the date on Royal Mail they received them back! Then 10-14 days turned into ‘it may take longer depending on your payment method/bank’ every time I spoke to an agent the date changed and it would be 10-14 days from that date. They told me on 3 occasions the refund had been manually activated and would be with me soon, I did eventually get refunded 3 months after initially reaching out to query it! Persistence in contacting them, however it should not take all that effort to get a refund! I still believe I wouldn’t have received it back if I had not contacted them as much as I did.
Awful customer service
Awful customer service. Mickey Mouse crocs aren’t cheap and after 5 months the strap broke. It’s Black Friday so everything is on offer so the 20% code is useless because there’s other reductions. I asked for free delivery so I could replace slightly cheaper but the codes they post on chat don’t work even on full price items. I’m told ‘it works this end’. Useless waste of time

No customer service for UK customers
No customer service for UK customers. No email contact or telephone number. WhatsApp does not work for UK customers. Live chat agents cut you off as soon as you mention you’re from UK. This happened 4 times. Tried to return item as too small but return function is not working for me. Also tried reordering but blue light code discount is initially accepted but then gets deleted when you put card details in to pay.

Service so awful I thought it was a fake webiste
Appalling customer service. I ordered two pairs of Crocs and they sent the wrong size. I requested a return, which took seven days just to receive a return label. Then I was told I had to wait 21 working days for a refund — and surprise, it was processed on the 21st day and then i had to wait another 4 days for my bank to process . Load of pony . It feels like they are taking advantage of honest people. I would never buy a pair from them again.
Changing order hassle
When paying with Apple Pay, it automatically refilled in the shipping address to my address. The one I filled in on crocs was my mother’s, who I was ordering for. Simple mistake. I immediately contact crocs via their customer service as I couldn’t find a cancel order or change delivery address and they told me there’s nothing they can do. I understand if I had waited a few days and they had already packaged and shipped, but come on… it’s been 5 minutes and you can’t make the simple change of amending the address? Honestly poor from a company this big
No free returns and awful customer service
I've been emailing back and forth with their customer service team for over 24 days to arrange a return of an unused item that was too small. I'm not sure if their customer service is an AI bot, it certainly feels that way. They are not generating a valid label for a return of items so my only options are pay out of pocket or keep the defective shoes. Save yourself a lot of headache, wasted money and do not buy anything directly from Crocs.

They cancelled it later in the day with no explanation given.
A couple of days later they took the money out of my bank account.
I'm still trying to get my money back over one month later - they keep telling me someone has to review it.
I've had to send screenshots of my bank account to prove the payment was taken, but still they can't simply transfer my money back to me.
Scam company - avoid like the plague.
