Shipping was on time and efficient!

I am thrilled with my purchase! I thought I had ordered one pair of black and one pair of brown slip on loafers. However, when the shipment arrived I realized I had ordered two pairs of brown loafers by mistake. I reached out to the company to ask if I could exchange a pair and they responded immediately with a lovely email answer and a link to their order exchange site. Their website was the absolute easiest site I've ever used to do an exchange. The process was quick and easy. The product is great quality and their customer service is excellent. High ratings!

Fake leather, deceptive return policy and fake reviews

Shoes claim to be leather, but are PU (plastic fake leather) it should also be alarming thst their return policy is hidden (if you use mobile) and states that they will only give you store credit and not cash back but if you google crocodilewear return policy youll see a non existent paragraph on their website that says 30 day money back. This company is deceptive and their products aren't as advertised. Avoid if you value honesy.

I also wrote an honest revoew on their website that they did not publish...easy to get 5 stars when you handpick only the best reviews to display and record.

Nice shoes and a genuine leather. But it took time to get to me.

I got my shoes in a timely manner. One of them had a damaged area, I emailed the company and they did not respond.

The material and the sawing is excellent, however, the sizes are not accurate. Please add an image on your website that indicates the different areas of measurements. It should also indicate in detail where the different should be taken. Another downside, is the longer delivery time.
