I purchased a suit on March 3rd 2025. I inquired after a week and was told it took 3 - 7 days for my order to be processed. I just received the suit today April 16th 2025. I ordered a size 40 suit the jacket is to big, so is the vest and the pants. Please don't be fooled by the pictures on their website, save your money. I will never buy from the site again and encourage you not to buy.

I received a pair of shoes size12. It’s bigger on me. Can size be changed ?

I made a purchase on March 26 2025 for a pair of boots and tracking this parcel it say I received the parcel on April 7th but up until today April 9th 2025 I have not received this parcel and now I cant track the shipment. This is not good

Everything seems legit up to the point of shipping. I had purchased a belt Sunday, and here it is a week later, and the package is still "in transit to USPS." Research Habit Parcel Ebusiness. That's apparently the company that's supposed to drop the package off at USPS. Stay far away from this company. I was lucky enough to have randomly used Afterpay for my purchase so thankfully, I didn't lose all of my money on what I bought. I had reached out to customer service, and they replied at 2 am that it cannot be canceled while "in transit." Afterpay refused to touch it as well, so I told USPS to return to sender if they ever physically get the package or whatever it is they sent. Basically, do not spend your money here!!! Do you want nice boots or belts? Then don't shop at Crocodile Wear.

The shoe is too big. Also, the offer of free sunglasses was not sent despite following the instructions

I just received the 2nd part of my order from Crocodile Wear and this time I'm satisfied with the bags. They still arrived in a large paper bag secured with a bunch of tape, but the bags were not damaged AND they managed to actually arrived in the dust bags, which the other two did not even though they were part of the same order. Overall, I'm pleased with the purses!

This is not a legit business. If you buy something from Crocodile Wear, expect low quality, no refunds only in store credit.. A very poor customer experience.

SCAM! I highly recommend avoiding Crocodilewear.com. I placed an order for several suits, shoes, and belts over 60 days ago, and have only received one pair of shoes. The rest of my items have not arrived, and when I try to contact them, their responses are either incredibly slow or nonexistent. It’s been more than two months, and I’m still waiting. This company appears to be a complete scam. Don’t waste your money or time! Stay far away from them. They continue to say it’s
will be on its way. They only send pieces at a time also!

I recently bought a pair of shoes a a 3 piece suit with Crocodile. It’s been a week now and no updates. They don’t answer email nor does their number work!! I need an answer on where my items are!!!!

Honestly I love how fast my amazing order arrived to my home address So quickly. The Quality of these shoes are “1000” so many Compliments & questions by admirer’s & my close friends, whom I gave information to buy themselves few pairs.Great craftsmanship guys, I plan to get few more .( I wondered if Color of Taupe,Olive,Rustic look& Grey is available…

I love the shoes. I did have to exchange size and that took longer than I would have preferred but other than that it was a good experience.

The sunglasses was snug, the frame was a little bigger than expected but I still love the sunglasses.

This is a beautifully crafted boot however they run small. I wear a 12 but it definitely feels like an 11.
I would like the boot returned and replaced ASAP for a full refund.
