This company has excellent service, I meant to give a review months ago busy I was very busy. The technician name was Erick and he was very professional, he answer all my questions and solved my problems. I had raccoons in my backyard and I called the company. They're were out right away and they got rid of my problems. Erick came out every day and baited the cages and removed them around. When he caught the raccoons he removed them humanely. I recommend this company to anyone. Thank you Critter Control Miami.

On the company website all you see is 5 stars, however, after receiving the deposit of $500. The service took a turn for the worst. Per the contract all port of entries were closed. We are experiencing a major rat/mouse invasion problem. I discovered an opening close to the roof. So, the company came out and said they would seal it. My father kept saying that the company had purposely damaged that specific area, but I did not want to believe me. The company came to inspect on a Friday and stated they would send somebody on Monday, which give plenty of time for rodents to reenter the building, no show/ call on Monday. The next visit was previously scheduled for Wed. So, I called early in the morning to make sure someone was coming and they said yes, explained the situation and all. Was advised on the 2nd call to the company that an entry point had to remain open for the rodents to exit the building. Mom was home and saw a massive rat making his way thru the kitchen. So a 3rd call was placed to the co. They stated we had to wait until Monday for someone to come by to seal the entry point, she proceeded to tell them today or she will call law enforcement. it is now 2:30 pm and she is waiting to see if they will show up. Not good, be careful. Be careful, you can not always trust all those 5 stars reviews! No company is that perfect.

Greg Evans was my wildlife technician yesterday and I truly thought he was excellent. He was very knowledgeable and courteous, and worked hard to resolve my disgusting issue! While working on my job, I could also see that he has respect for nature and animals by the way he treated the baby raccoons that were in his truck from an earlier job. I would rate him 100 out of 100.

I contacted Critter Control to help me get rid of some wildlife in my basement. Kassandra did visit my house the very same day of my call to the company and performed an evaluation not of my basement but also around my property to look for other possible issues. She obviously made clear we will only sign for the services we were interested on and gave us a plan of action. After signing the contract Kassandra and Robert delivered exactly as they described, were on time and always easily available for questions/concerns. The wildlife animal in my basement was removed by the following morning and the opening in the basement was fixed by Robert and his team with wonderful aesthetic results. Their service was beyond expectations and very affordable. They are very professional and extremely punctual. I am very glad I contacted Critter Control. Highly recommended!!!!

They were very professional and knowledgeable. Sealed all the entry points so no more critters got inside my house. Came every other day to check traps and dispose of anything caught. Overall they were great and so was Kassandra!

I had possums and possibly mice in my attic, which freaked me out. Critter Control came to my house the day after I called (which was after hours) and Kassandra was very nice, reassuring and helpful. She showed no fear of those critters! I hired the company to also close off any holes where the animals could to in and out, that is what made it expensive, but it did the trick. No more critters.
