So I have previously had a very good opinion of Crescent Verwood, however after a visit today came away feeling that the place has lost it.
Always welcomed with a hello or two but today felt like they couldn’t be bothered.
Had a look at the helmets for a friend who I recommended comes here and again not interested.
Downstairs I saw a bike I might buy, good price , looked good and was told no test rides due to wanting to keep the mileage down, if I didn’t want to buy it then it wasn’t just bike to try to see if I wanted one, too busy on Saturday to let us have another look without emailing in ( I live in Verwood and an email would take longer to arrive than walking to crescent) so I will buy elsewhere.
Come on Crescent get it back before you lose the great reputation you have had for years.

Ive had previous bikes from cresent in past with warm friendly advice from staff. My recent experience to date id like to thank brin on helping me trade my triumph in for a MT07 which will be ready 1st june 2026 , his advice on doing this deal was brilliant. Many thanks again brin ,Mark denyer.

Bought a new bike from Stuart at Southampton Branch.
Excellent communication and attention to detail. I was abroad when I chose the bike and Stuart sent loads of pictures via WhatsApp.

I took my Yamaha R7 to Crescent motorcycles in Verwood for an Akrapovic exhaust, Woolwich remap, DNA air filter and a full service including fluid changes.
The bike is transformed, power, torque, and general smoothness is awesome, if you have an R7, do it!!!!!
I have complete confidence in everything they have done and the customer service from start to finish has been perfect.
So to Mike (legend!!!!) and all the staff who helped me, thank you….. I’ll see you later in a few months for some Ohlins suspension 🥳

Stewart, was the sales person who helped my Grandson and I decide which motorcycle would be the best fit for him, he was so helpful and explained everything to us at great length.I would not hesitate to award him and his staff a 5 star rating. Olly the delivery driver was really helpful and couldn’t do enough for us on delivery. I can’t recommend these guys enough if you want any help with moterbilkes, this is the place to go.

What can i say ….. from start to finish of purchasing my first motorbike from crescent yamaha lowford was outstanding ! With staff that treat you exceptionally well and super friendly, making me feel less nervous with the start of my riding journey . Big shout out to Stewart Lock for being so damn cool 😎 and super helpful and just making me feel more confident with my purchase and his efficiency. But also Jim and the rest of the boys for their customer service which they take such pride and passion in their work and it shows !

Really nice guy very easy to deal with answered all my questions I had, everything was no trouble, very pleasant transaction,

The shop has a very professional setup weather it be roads bikes downstairs or off road department up stairs you are interested in, from the moment you arrive and walk through the doors it’s a special experience if you are a Blu cru fan,

Just picked up my MT-10 and had to give a big shoutout to Luca at Crescent. Absolute legend. This is the third bike I’ve had from Crescent and there’s a reason I keep going back.

Luca was beyond helpful from start to finish. Every question I had was answered insanely fast and his knowledge is spot on. Nothing was too much trouble and he made the whole process smooth, easy and genuinely enjoyable. I couldn’t fault his service or the bike even if I tried.

P/X KTM1290 adventure for a GSXS1000GT. Really good people to deal with. Both Gavin and Frank helpful, knowledgeable and not too much hard sell! We managed to come to fair p/x, on my well looked after KTM, so I think a good deal for both. A few cosmetics items all fixed in the price, to a high standard, by time of delivery, which was kept to. Overall a pleasant buying experience, and I would recommend Gavin and Frank and Cresent motorcycles Bournemouth. Professional, knowledgeably, responsive and good to deal with. JL

I have been a customer for more than twenty years and have always been extremely kindly treated by all the employees. Not once have I had a bad experience for sales or service, previously at Verwood then in Bournemouth. Many thousands spent with them and I'm glad I did. Looking forward to the next twenty years!

Bought a bike from crescent motorcycles verwood store bike was dropped off I was unavailable so my wife took delivery when I got home inspected yhe bike which I was unable to start as there was not even enough charge in the battery to turn on the ignition not what you would expect after spending £8400 will not be returning to crescent motorcycles for anything as I cannot trust them to do a good job I was offered a battery charger to be posted out to me or collection of the bike all this takes time easier and quicker to sort myselfe my point is the bike should never have turned up like this crescent has asked me to call them back but I know this will only to be to try and get me to change my review this will not happen

Bought second-hand Ducati super sport, Brin was helpful and knowledgeable, no hard sell, gave me time to think about my purchase. Fair price for my PX.
I usually I dislike buying anything usually due to the sales staff, but my experience at Crescent was refreshingly different.

Purchased a new bike 15/02/2025. Brin was brilliant and the service exceptional. Crescent Verwood Team has amazing Customer Service, this is my 3rd bike through them and would not go anywhere else.
