Good customer service - quick email responses to my queries.
Would purchase from them again.

I had to pay 15 pound to send my stuff back that was miles too big for a small. Secondly they only give you a week to send the stuff back but yet you can’t get hold of them for certain details. I also had to ring again 2 weeks later to see what was going on with my money and they hadn’t even progressed it yet. I WOULD never order from here again and I advise no one else too.

Well I wish I didn’t order off here now as the trainers I ordered are in all the shops for £50 cheaper 🤦🏽‍♀️

They falsely advertise only rare trainers when they don't I found my trainers in jd, schuh and Footasilym for £95 and crep movement charged me £147 in sale saying they was a rare pair of asics! Then I asked for the authenticity certificate with the same I'd code as my trainers had on they said they could surprise it but it never turned up, so I done a check on line my box had information on it it shouldn't of had then there was a sticker put over the bar code which shouldn't of been there had completely different bar code on from the box, the left trainer is the only one to have one brown tag on mine had 3 on it 1 brown, white and blue which is a big red flag appramtly so I think there fake and plus they falsely advertise rare trainers and charge more for normal trainers there just scammers wot you expect no contact number only email and I've only seen them advertise on tik toc? So if you do think your gonna use them look the trainers up first wouldn't use them ever again so many re flags 🚩 I didn't even want to give them one star, and how to help make your company better be truthful about everything or stop trading as your just ripping people off
