Armitage Labs OÜ leverages a community Discord server, which I joined five days ago.

A short time ago, staff member "nicole" sent a message with an @everyone ping asking people to leave reviews and linking to this webpage.

While I was broadly supportive in what I said in the resulting discussion about some of the negative reviews which Creem.io has accumulated, I did comment on concerns regarding the unfortunate case of the home page of their website having a section titled "CREEM IN YOUR POCKET" and elaborating on my concern that prospective customers of mine would google their name, see that, and question the professionalism and reliability of a company given the apparent vulgar play on words.

nicole's initial response was "if we've managed to concern chatgpt.. I think, that's the level😎"

The same staff member's next response began with the line "that's an interesting take - as one good, old saying goes: "you see yourself in others" 🙂"

So, I guess you're not permitted to raise concerns about the impacts of partnering with them upon your brand and customers' perception without them seeking to attack and publicly humiliate you.

I therefore feel the need to write this review and decline to do business with Creem in future due to the degree of professionalism and maturity demonstrated by Armitage Labs OÜ staff.

Experience with Creem is wonderful, really glad I don’t have to wait and setup a business to ship, and the split feature is so brilliant

I am happy with the experience i have with creem.io All i have to do is just copy their skill and give it to my agent and my agent can instantly setup billing and payments for my websites... simple as that and they actually provide good support in discord

I switched from another MoR to Creem a few months ago, and I haven't been disappointed.
Not only are the fees extremely reasonable and the product great, but it's constantly evolving! They have a public roadmap in which you can ask for new features, report bugs etc, and you see the product growing in real-time. I love it!

This was linked to an app that was taken off of Apple's app store (for good reason). This is a fraudulent company that tries to charge for unauthorized subscriptions. Once you block creem, they will use another name (Armitage labs). I had to replace my CC after this. I have reached out to dispute charges with them with zero response. Absolutely fraudulent, do NOT provide them with any personal information

complete fraud. no way in this world would I sign up for this, but they took money out of my account! Do not touch this site!

Will not recommend creem to anyone. the experience and UI has become very bad. feels like a copy of gumroad

We recently integrated Creem as our Merchant of Record for Intelligrade.de - the integration was very seamless, the support was very responsive and the docs are great. I will update this review once we have processed more payments but so far everything is great!

Creem is processing payments for a fraudulent merchant (OpenArt.ai / Sora AI). The merchant confirmed my cancellation on March 10 but charges continue. Creem's own Buyer Terms say they handle refunds directly. I have contacted support with no resolution. Creem needs to offboard this merchant and refund me immediately.

I got scammed by a company that imitated Nano Banana Pro, using Creem. I think it's the responsibility by that company to not allow scammers to transact with them and check their services beforehand.

just integrated Creem.io for my app playersagent.pro and the installation flow was surprisingly smooth. Everything was straightforward to set up, and as a developer based in Tbilisi, Georgia, I was pleased to find the platform works seamlessly without any regional friction. So far everything is running great: highly recommend for developers looking for a clean payment solution.

We've been a merchant under creem.io for 11 months and they've processed over $150k without any issues at all.

I've also noticed many improvements to their website, both in terms of functionality and user experience. Their support team is very helpful and responsive.

Creem is tied up with hackers.

I recently had a very disappointing experience using this AI image generation service, which appears to be connected with NanoBananaAI.

After making payment, I did not receive the service I expected. The platform failed to generate images as advertised, and I was left without usable output despite being charged. There was no clear resolution process, and communication and support were either lacking or unhelpful.

The marketing and promises did not match my actual experience. Based on what happened, I cannot recommend this service. I strongly advise others to proceed with caution.

This company has been charging me for Nano Banana credits and not giving them to me.. impossible to cancel direct debits, had to do it though my bank.. complete scam operation! Avoid avoid AVOID!!!!!

Had a bad experience with Creem (creem.io). In my opinion they work with shady / low‑quality merchants and the whole setup felt unsafe. Their dashboard looks weird and childish, which doesn’t inspire confidence for a payments/finance tool. Based on my experience I wouldn’t trust them with serious business or payments and I don’t recommend using this platform.

Really impressed with how quick the support team responded. Fast response, clear answers, and no hassle, just straight to the solution. The platform itself is also easy to understand, and initial setup only took a few minutes. Smooth experience overall.

Nano banana deny i pay them but cream_io have taken money. Not once but twice and I get nothing in return. This company just takes money with no intention of giving you the service your paying for. I certainly won't be using them or any company using them in future. And j7st so anyone from cream_io pops up with the usual denial. Ive reached out to what you laughably call customer service all this week but to no response.
