They won’t take my business a second time
My first experience went well through ky gun co they denied my card at every payoff attempt but one single payment went through fine it wasn’t a card issue I never missed a payment nor was I late I was going to use them again but they denied me…then after that they gave me $2,000 (I only need $600) but still said I wasn’t approved…I loved them the first time and my credit is even better this this time around not sure what’s going on

Terrible experience using credova I initially ordered a fire arm using their financing system and less than 24 hours later after reaching out to them to cancel they told me I’d have to pay 30% of what I owe. Terrible customer service. I wouldn’t ever use them again.

Made a mistake in purchase and no one to help me
Credova is very good in helping a person make a purchase tat they would not be able to make. But I do have an issue with Credova. I purchased the wrong item by accident, I call the customer service number and I received a recorded message saying that they do not have live agents to help me. I emailed customer service and got a response stating once the purchase is made, we can not cancel the order. All I want to do is correct my order. I'm keeping the contract. Basically, an exchange is all I want do. This is a problem for me. I purchased the wrong handgun and I want to correct my purchase for the right handgun, that's all. Credova make it possible to make the purchase once again but customer service need to be a live agent and a simple mistake may cost this comoany a loyal customer.

I Thought i was approved for the certain amount. Turns out that amount has to be spent on one website only. Wish i had known that as i was watching a gun on another site. the process though was quick and easy just know it's for that site and that site only. I would still recommend Credova.
