Been with credit fix for over 6 years…
Been with credit fix for over 6 years now and coming closer to finishing line in a few months now and must admit they have gave me an excellent service from day 1 and been really helpful in the past when I’ve found it hard with the payments and made me feel very so much better when I haven’t been able to pay my monthly payments! I spoke to Paul Breslin today because I’ve once again had financial difficulties and they have moved my payment forward so I don’t fail my IVA I’m very confident now and can see that finishing line and can’t wait to get this chapter in my life in the past! Outstanding Service from Hamisha Khadah
I had a situation where I urgently needed my closure report, as without it there could have been significant consequences.
I called and explained the situation to Hamisha Khadah, and she was incredibly understanding, professional and kind from the very beginning.
She handled my case with the utmost professionalism and kept me updated exactly as she promised. If she said she would call, she did, and that really meant a lot to me.
Thanks to her clear communication and professionalism, I was able to breathe, knowing that my case was in safe hands. She successfully provided me with my closure report, and I couldn’t be more grateful.
In my experience with other companies, when you’re told someone will call you back or keep you updated, that isn’t always the case, although I understand that workloads can sometimes make this difficult. Hamisha, however, exceeded my expectations. She handled everything to the highest standard from start to finish, and I truly can’t thank her enough.
She is a real credit to the team, and I hope she receives the recognition she deserves.
