Wendy and Russ were so helpful. Great to deal with and spend loads of time with us explaining everything. Fully recommend you getting in touch with them

We purchased a campervan from Wendy and Russ, at Creative Campervan Conversions. They were both super helpful and informative, answering all our questions and providing a thorough explanation and supporting paperwork of the van, electrics and how everything worked. The van, which they converted is well laid and kitted out and everything works as it should. They were able to fit a solar panel between viewing and pick up at our request, so that we can do off grid camping without worrying about the leisure battery. We would highly recommend this company.

We sold our campervan to Russ and Wendy and the whole experience was a pleasure from start to finish. Great communication, arrived exactly when they said and were lovely people to deal with.

I would not hesitate to recommend them and will be sure to make contact with them when we purchase our next van. 🚐

Professional, friendly and easy !
We sold our motorhome to Creative Campervans and can confirm they are a pleasure to deal with. Prompt payment, friendly and honest throughout the transaction and would not hesitate to recommend them. Use with confidence

Would highly recommend Creative Campervans.
Russ and Wendy were lovely to deal with.

Found an advert online for a Landrover Discovery Sport and contacted Russ and Wendy about viewing the car the following weekend following very friendly dialogue and negotiations regarding the purchase price. We agreed a price and arranged to collect the vehicle the following Friday. We struggle with finding time around us both working different work patterns and Russ and Wendy very kindly agreed to let us collect the vehicle on a day where they were already busy with other work commitments that we really appreciated. I’d recommend creative campervan conversions ltd as they are a family run business with a focus on customer service, thank you for making our car search so painless.

Excellent information regarding the purchase of a tow car. Kept us informed about all the warranty and dvla requirements. Very friendly and professional interaction with us.

A family run business. Wendy and Russell are very friendly, helpful, knowledgable and approachable. Due to their flexibility we were able to collect our campervan within 2 days of our first viewing at a show. Communications were very good. They also handled all the administration paperwork for the handover.

Very nice, helpful people. Efficient. Knowledgable. One problem which was sorted. You can trust them.

It was a pleasure to deal with Russ & Wendy when buying our first camper van. They are very professional, knowledgeable and patient, spending time to explain and show us how everything works.
The whole process was smooth and efficient and without any issues from first viewing to driving off in our new camper in 2 weeks.
They take a pride in presenting their products which are all immaculate and treated like their own.

Wendy and Russ were a pleasure to deal with on the handover of our new motorhome. They went above and beyond to ensure we were happy and got exactly what we wanted.

We love our new van! It is well designed by people who are clearly experienced campervanners, and so understand how to make the van homely, practical and easy to use, which is right up our street1 Russ is very friendly and knowledgeable, and was very patient with us as first time campervan owners taking the time necessary to ensure we'd understood everything we needed to know.

The after sales care has also been excellent with Russ being readily available and prepared to help with our queries.

Fabulous customer service from start to finish…
Friendly and helpful
Highly recommend

Highly recommend Russ & Wendy; fantastic conversion on our campervan, excellent advice from experienced (enthusiastic) campers, and brilliant aftercare too! If you're thinking of buying a quality converted van for great holidays, then buy from Russ & Wendy!

We saw the campervan at the Harrogate show, clearly a well established family business, Russ and Wendy take time to explain every detail and option. I very straight forward transaction. Van secured with a deposit and I picked up today where Russ took a lot of care to ensure I was familiar with all the workings of the camper van.
Honest and friendly excellent customer service.

We are absolutely delighted with the excellent finish and attention to detail.
Russ and Wendy were so professional and helpful with the advice they gave us when we wanted some changes made ie towbar, heater etc and my wife love's the sparkly work top and floor. We would thoroughly recommend Creative campervans.

A truly great personal service throughout the process - from guidance with our initial purchasing decision through to detailed instructions upon collection.

Highly knowledgeable family team, having attention to detail, with a great quality of finish to our first campervan.

We purchased our camper
van in August 2020, we wanted to wait until we had used it a few times to give an honest review.
We can sum this up in one word, Fantastic!

Russ and the team were fantastic from start to finish, we have since had a swivel seat fitted by Russ which is fabulous.
This company is well worth a 5 star rating and we cannot recommend them enough.

Having recently purchased a van from Creative Campervan Conversions Ltd, and now having had a chance to go on our first adventure, we just can't wait to go on the next. The whole experience from purchase to our first trip has been fabulous. Russ and Wendy have been so professional whilst being extremely approachable and nothing has been too much trouble. Any questions or queries or advice? Just ask. The van design has been extremely well thought out and workmanship and attention to detail are exemplary. After sales and customer service have been excellent, and we would most certainly recommend.
