After an impatient start with how shipping was going I reached out to express my frustration with a 1 star review. This company immediately noticed and put the effort in to go up the supply chain to get me any answers they could. They were able to find out it will be shipped next week and my kids can’t sleep now they are so excited. Follow up is a 5 star.

Creative Arcades assumed responsibility for the additional transportation expenses that no one expected, which was appreciated. It is a very nice looking product.

When I received the
Machine player one track ball was hanging. I had to remove the panel underneath and thankfully the screws were still there. Otherwise this machine is awesomeness!!

I've already been charged for the item I ordered back in Dec, yet no delivery date has been established. This week will be exactly a month from when it was ordered. Communication throughout the process has been no existent. The only time I hear anything is if I make an attempt to reach out to them. It wait wouldn't be so bad if you weren't already being billed for it and making payments against it.

Great delivery service, very helpful in setting up the game.

Best Christmas present ever. The kids and their friends love this thing. The owners and staff communicated well. There was a minor mixup in communications but they made it right.
There are so many games available. kids love the Japanese games. This is just endless hours of fun and a great party pleaser.
The build quality is very good, I just wish there wasnt a gap between the screen and the control board so you can put quarters up there but a small piece of black foam fixed the.

Friendly support, took time to explain supply chain issues over phone.

Ordered the 4 player with 4500 games for my son. Brian was fantastic to deal with. He was very responsive, and made the process seamless. These machines are in high demand, and I knew it was a long-shot to order early Dec and expect Christmas delivery. Brian was honest and said he’ll do all he could, but couldn’t guarantee I’d get it by the 25th. I ended up receiving it with almost a week to spare, and we are thrilled with it! The whole family (and friends) are enjoying it. My son went through the roof when he saw it Christmas morning, and hasn’t stopped playing it. Thanks so much Brian and team!

Creative Arcades was very professional, delivered our arcade as promised. I have only had the game for a short while and we are loving it.

My arcade was everything I expected. Was an easy and smooth process and I would recommend this company to friends and relatives.

Delivery was a little late, but the delivery gal couldn't have been nicer. Delivery went very smooth.

Just received the 2 in 1 virtual pinball and arcade machine. It was heavy and securely wrapped and on a pallet. The hardest part of unpacking and setting it up was moving it. But the set up was quick and easy(I watched a youtube video to see how to put legs on, which helped) . Once started, it works great! Played it for 3 hrs and I'm very satisfied with the machine. Made 1 call to tech support and is give the guy 5 stars for his assistance. I highly recommend this product

Ordered game and was shipped in a matter of days. Received as promised. Emails were answered promptly and professionally. Had minor issue with one stool and replacement part was sent and I received within days. I highly recommend this company.

I got the 4P Slim Stand Up Arcade last Christmas for myself and my nephew would come play for HOURS. He absolutely loves the thing to death so I bought him one for Christmas this year ;)
I found and used a working coupon code for 5% OFF "arcadediscount"

Our Arcade showed up within a week of ordering it. Set up was quick and the Family loves it!

I ordered my 4 player machine in August but due to circumstances beyond there control I couldn't get my machine in the time I wanted but I was always kept informed of the status of my order and that shows great customer service I will be buying from them again .The team was so helpful in getting my machine as quick as possible. If you are looking for great product and customer service look no further.Thank you so much

I have been doing a lot of business with this company for close to 2 years, if everyone knew the kind of stuff Brian and his staff has to deal with importing everything that he does was like, you would be surprised and impressed! They have always delivered 100%, and solved any issue 100% of the time. People need to understand the challenges covid has put on companies like creative, mine, and a majority of the USA! 7-stars!
