The sign came out looking great
The sign came out looking great! It would have been nice to get some installation instructions or a template to install the post standoffs in the correct positions. Overall the sign looks great in my studio.

Not exactly what was sent in the email after construction.
My sign arrived quickly; however, the picture I received prior to arrival wasn't quite what was depicted. I have emailed the seller and have not received a response and it has been about 2 months. Not very happy, as I am going to have to figure out how to construct lights around my diamond.

The sign delivered exactly matched the logo that was approved by your end. Since these are custom-made products we cannot entertain change of mind after the sign is produced, we only cover genuine issues with sign functionality or if there were differences in the design as to what was ordered.

It was simple and easy to do the whole order. even when I asked for live person to call to make sure I understood everything. the only thing I suggest is relay look at the proofs before okaying it. for I missed a small detail that I would of changed that I did not notice until I received the sign. thanks
