I requested a logo to be designed for my company and paid them their money through PayPal. I had a date for the first design concepts and almost 2 weeks later was yet to hear anything from them. They did not respond to emails, their live chat was always unavailable, and no one answered the phone.

I would avoid this company at all costs, they are obviously incompetent and you will never be able to get in touch with them. Thankfully I paid with PayPal so logged a dispute and got my money. PayPal said they will log a formal investigation against the company.

As much as I hate to do this, but I have been dealing with these people for close to 2 months now. They can't seem to get my web site up in a correct manner. I have demanded my full 100% guarantee, which on their web site states, and I have had NO luck. I paid for my web site, Facebook page along with YouTube and Twitter.
Well, I built my own Facebook page because they couldn't do it, I didn't need a Twitter page because I don't Twitter, and my YouTube page is just as bad, if not worse, then my web site.
For 2 weeks now they claim they have made the corrections to the site and they have yet to do ANYTHING correctly. I paid for a Facebook page that I designed, but they're still charging me for it. How does that work???
Every time I call their number I get a recording that there is no one at that extension. When they do answer the phone it's quite evident they are all from India because of their strong accents, and they all have American first names and last names. Talk about a cover up!

I have since hired a new company and I'm STILL waiting for my refund. They claim on their web site that they are a 100% money back guarantee company, and by the look of it I'm going to have to get my credit card company involved now.

I urge very strongly to ANYONE looking for a web designer, DON"T use CRAFTIVE! They WILL rip you off, trust me!

Their customer service, well, they don't have one. But when someone does call you, they sugar coat all their mistakes and insult your intelligence. Not worth the headache!!

This company is a pure rip off, I have to share this so other people do not get ripped off by them.

They are good at making logos, and that's it, when it comes to web design they are completely incompetent to finish a website, they won't be able to provide you with a single live sample website that they have designed, please also note that they have a page called "Media and reviews" and which they write in the bottom "Testimonial" with a picture as if it's a video from a customer, however it is no video and no Testimonial.

Below that you find an icon with the text ""The Best Web Developers Award"" which is also home made by themselves.

You will not find a single customer who would recommend them.

I was struggling with them for 2 years building a website, which they promised can be ready in 6 weeks.

When you call them, the people who pick up the phone have no clue about anything, when you request changes they wont complete them.

Believe me, this is the first time I write a review on any company, I just could not stand idle by this total corrupted business.

Someone needs to take them to court and get them to repay all their customers stolen money.

a ripped off customer

Craftive did a tremendous work for me. Gave them 3 logos creation, it turned out really well. From initial concepts to the final execution of the work, designers helped me a lot and I simply love their work.

A company I contract for used Craftive to create a simple website for them a little over a year ago. We chose to let them host it for the first year. Near the end of that year of hosting our site became infected with Malware. We contacted support several times and each time they assured us that the malware was removed but the site continued to be blacklisted by google and the malware remained on the site. We finely decided to move the site to our own hosting. We attempted to contact Craftive to get the source code that was not infected by malware. After a few tries with their support they never delivered us the clean source code and in fact tried to get us to pay another $100 for them to clean up the site and transfer us the source. This being the last straw I decided to use the Wordpress Site Migration plugin to export the entire site then upload it to our new hosting. I then had to spend several hours cleaning the site and resubmitting to google to rescan it and remove it from the black list. The long and short of it is Craftive provides a cheep website solution and you get what you pay for. I would not recommend using them.

Wow, I was interested in this company doing a site for us and the guy who was on their chat line had a serious attitude problem. I would steer clear from this one if you need answers before buying. They come off like they are giving a discount of $1000 off yet if you have multiple sites they do not discount and are very rude with responses.

I have recently started as an entrepreneur in the fashion industry. To begin with, I needed a perfect online store. From many design companies online, I chose Craftive primarily because of their 6 years experience in the industry and thank God I made the right decision. I loved the process; they take your input and work according to your feedback. I had one account manager working on my project, he discussed the functionality I was looking for. The best part is they gave me a number of pertinent suggestions which have added value to my online store. For me the best part was their package, as a startup I had little to invest and their ecommerce website package provided me with everything including logo, stationery, ecommerce website, social media designs. They also submitted my online store to search engines to get me traffic on my website. Overall, a great package and a great service.
I have now signed up with them for animated video, and till now its going great!

A piece of advice for everyone thinking to work with an online company, you’ll have to spend time in making them understand your business and what the designs should reflect or portray about your business. Once you do that, they’ll deliver you with perfection. Not sure about the other companies but Craftive..i have experienced; they surely will.
