My second time ordering from Craft Cellar and again I received such an excellent service all round. There’s a good selection of the polymer clays I like at a very reasonable price, and on both occasions my order was dispatched very quickly and in protective packaging. Any queries or problems, emails are replied to quickly. There was an issue with my last order thanks to Royal Mail, Natalie very kindly sorted this. I couldn’t be happier with the first class service I received on both occasions and I most highly recommend!

Excellent service! Excellent choice of clay and fantastic customer service from Natalie who was really helpful a quick to respond to emails. She was really friendly in her communication and went out of her way to assist with my order and send my delivery as quickly as possible. Delivery was well packaged and arrived the next day.
Overall excellent choice of products, brilliant customer service and delivery!

Really been struggling to find polymer clay, then came across craftcellar, which at first I didn't know if it was a legit website or not (I'm always overly cautious when buying from a new site, so I look up reviews from Trustpilot - which they had none. But then I found their Faceboook page where most people review, so I made a big order. Thankfully it is a legit website!! Order arrived very fast, despite saying it might take a few more days due to covid/christmas delivery demand etc. So that was great. Products look great! Very happy and will 100% be ordering from here again. Lots of range too of what they sell!!
