I visited the Waterloo showroom twice after narrowing down my requirements from the website. The showroom is overwhelming unless you focus your preferences however the experts on site are very helpful. I then ordered all the items by telephone through Mandy who was excellent in confirming my choices and making sure the regular Bathroom companies and designers did not grab my stock and non stock ordered items before my scheduled delivery dates. Mandy managed to expedite some items so they arrived earlier than was originally proposed by the manufacturer which was a great help in ensuring there was rapid progress. I was informed of all deliveries in advance. Grant delivered early in the morning which was excellent and he was very helpful, sociable and professional.

Shivani was very helpful in the showroom and quickly helped us to find what we wanted for the two bathrooms we wanted to remodel.

Bastien and Ian were extremely efficient and helpful with the delivery.

When we walked into CPHartWilmslow we didn’t have much of an idea what we wanted. Emma was so helpful she asked all the right questions and by the time we walked out of the shop we knew we had found the exact bathroom perfect for us including tiles. There was no worries about anything. Emma was so reassuring and was in touch with us all way through to delivery and afterwards. I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase from here again. Great overall experience with CP Hart - Waterloo.
We needed a quick result and were very impressed with Carlie (Hewes) who took us painlessly and efficiently through which items we could buy to renovate our 2 bathrooms and cloakroom. Carlie was spot on and saved us a great amount of time taking the burden off our shoulders. This was immediately followed by Rhianna (Simmons-Bartley) impressive and speedy organisation for delivery.

We highly recommend CP Hart and particularly thank Carlie Hewes and Rhianna Simmons-Bartley who were both very approachable.

Excellent service! I needed assistance for a soft-close Duravit (upgrade) seat. From my first contact with Mandy D to its fitting everything ran perfectly. Mandy confirmed the specific seat I needed and checked regarding a fitting query I had. Delivered the next day ex-stock. Service from this company for a private, non-trade buyer was first class = 10/10!

Wonderful delivery team - Bastien & Ian were so helpful. They carried the items delivered from street level to our hallway without even being asked - I think they recognised a man in distress!

Delivery of bath/shower screen by Grant yesterday, who patiently waited until I was back home, and carried it to the house, thanks very much, good service, vey helpful people.

Very considerate and kind delivery driver, Peter. He took great care with handling the heavy palate and kindly moved other heavy palate aside to enable the delivery safe into storage in garage . Very pleased .

jasmine was great. She had a complete understanding of the products and I felt the advice given was entirely to my benefit. I would absolutely order with her again and will. After a day of trying to deal with my energy supplier she restored my faith in customer service!

The staff at their Prîmrose Hill branch were amazing - took the trouble to query the toilet seat I had ordered and they were right - I had not only ordered the wrong toilet seat but I only needed to replace a broken part! Kudos to Nishant Shah and also to Michele Swann of their Aftersales team who made sure I got the part needed. Their service is truly amazing and never took long to get hold of engine. Super responsive.

Jasmine was hugely helpful and efficient.
