Slot booked between 8 and 12 for a kerb…
Slot booked between 8 and 12 for a kerb side pallet delivery. The delivery arrived at 9:30 and rather than just leave on the side of the road (as some drivers have), they reversed the truck up to the garage and put the pallet in the garage for me. Simple and efficient and common sense as well. Really pleased.

We ordered a variety of products most…
We ordered a variety of products most of which came in a timely manner and wirh great service. All went according to plan. Part of thr order was the purchase of 2 x wall bathroom cabinets from HIB. The order and delivery was perfect but on fixing the cabinets there was clearly a design fault in the lower fixing and both mirrors cracked. HIB acknowledged this and with help from CP Hart both mirrors were replaced with new ones. I have now fitted them without the use of the lower fixing as the design is far to vulnerable to the mirror. Thanks to CP Hart for your help in a speedy replacement of the damaged products.

Beyond Expectations
I have been dealing with CP Hart for a few years now. Whilst I believe the level of service from the contracts department was poor at the time I was ready to walk away.
CP Hart Chiswick (Carly and Kyra) proved me wrong and got the service levels to where they should always be and kept it consistence. Always going that extra mile to offer suggestions, questioning schedules and going to site to see work in action.
When it comes to despatch and aftercare this has totally improved, where communication has been at its best and to be able to present what is available when helps us plan our projects making sure they fit in line with our project timelines.
Not forgetting both Carly and Kyra are enjoyable to work with and work well with each other to make sure we get what we want.

Really good experience at the Amersham…
Really good experience at the Amersham branch.Leyton went above and beyond to help us choose a toilet. He spent ages with us looking up stock and advising which was likely to arrive soonest. Leyton even helped carry the toilet out to my car.
The shop seemed to have a varied display with some very good offers on. I would thoroughly recommend.

I can't rate C P Hart highly enough
I can't rate C P Hart highly enough. They are not cheap, but you get a premium end-to-end service with every detail taken care of - from product sales (Syed) to design (Sandra), delivery (the drivers were great) and installation (One Design & Build). Every single person in the process worked to the highest standards of professionalism and I have two amazing bathrooms, as a result.
