I wanted to trial a couple of masks & rang to book an appointment at the Bentleigh location. The person on the phone booked the wrong time, but the staff at Bentleigh were able to assist despite me missing the appointment. They were very customer service focused & whilst I didn't buy a new mask directly from the Bentleigh store I purchased one from CPAP Victoria online.

CPAP Power Cord Purchase
I struggled to find an Australian power cord for my CPAP machine and they made getting one easy and inexpensive. I was thrilled!! I did a click and collect and they were so polite and helpful. 5 stars!

Smooth sailing
I recently purchased a new replacement CPAP machine online and the process was easy and quick. As I had brought my previous machine through CPAP Victoria they had my therapy details on file which made the setup easier although I did need to drop in to my local centre for some fine tuning the staff were excellent and this only took a few minutes.

Avoid Aust Post carriers
the carrier you used for delivery was awful. Australia Post contractors are terrible. i was sent a text at 930 am to ask if i was okay to have item left, and then delivery driver did not ring bell, nor knock and left a card to say i was not at home, so took item to a post office. Would have been easier and less hassle to drive to a store location and pick it up myself.

While we do our very best to dispatch orders promptly, once parcels are handed over to Australia Post, there is unfortunately a limited amount of control we have over how deliveries are handled. That said, your experience is certainly not what anyone would expect, especially after confirming it was okay for the item to be left.
It may be helpful to provide this feedback directly to Australia Post, as it allows them to address the issue with the delivery driver and improve their service.
